Nick, thats a lot to take in, well done!
A couple of points on your first post, the lysate has been scaled to 20,000 litres. This is when they found the enhanced enhancements if you will, when they went from 600l to 20,000l. Hence the delay as it was in the latter part of the project.
The in-vitro and in-vivo clinical trials is the circa £700k, so in total that would put total spend around £6m, I think TW was getting a bit excited with his £10m.
I would also question the Matrixyl figure, the 375m -400m was a TW quote, I dont know if this is correct or not but he just added £100m with no reference of how he got there.
