Oleric, re the acne study, he actually said “you dont have very long to wait for that, at all.” I'm sure if he could have said more he would, but then it would probably have been pushing the realms of price sensitive.

Aquae, I have done just that. Also, you dont need to worry about shelf life at the moment, all stock is bbe 11/23. It has been batch tested and is more stable than previously thought.

Oleric, I think it's best you contact the company on this matter. You have gone from wanting to know what the study is for, too wanting to know how it is being structured, that I cannot answer. I'm glad you have someone who can reliably inform you on company matters, maybe you should go and ask them.

Oleric, it's a study to see if we have a product that is successful in “specifically" targeting acne. If you want anymore I suggest you contact the company for clarification instead of coming on here moaning your not happy with the answer provided. Watch the TW interview again maybe that will help.

Oleric. The results are about having a targeted product for acne. SA has said he would love to get a deal over the line before Christmas, he said that would be possible subject to getting the acne study over the line and it being successful. Whatever the finer details of this study is, it has to be the end game because we hit September next week and if a deal is possible before Christmas that doesn't leave much time for the deal to be closed.

Aquae, the pilot formulation must have been a stepping stone to a stabilised blend, I have this from 28/3/23.

On the chewing gum point, nobody needs to get hung up on that, as long as the probiotic is not thrown into boiling water, all is good. Chewing gum is just one option of delivering the product depending on the market. We wont have anything to do with that anyway, that will be down to the multinational.

A couple of points on your first post, the lysate has been scaled to 20,000 litres. This is when they found the enhanced enhancements if you will, when they went from 600l to 20,000l. Hence the delay as it was in the latter part of the project.

The in-vitro and in-vivo clinical trials is the circa £700k, so in total that would put total spend around £6m, I think TW was getting a bit excited with his £10m.

I would also question the Matrixyl figure, the 375m -400m was a TW quote, I dont know if this is correct or not but he just added £100m with no reference of how he got there.
