I think there is too much negative emphasis on a fund raise, we are a growing company and need cash. If we do need to raise, we might need £1-£1.5m which is not exactly large. SA has said he could have raised more last time but only raised what he needed which I think was spot on at the time. He may need a bit more due to the positive Croda delay but that’s life. Personally I think it will be the last thing he wants to do as it kicks his options vesting a little further away.

Woof, wise money definitely holds in my opinion, on top of what Clio & Elric said, I will look at it from a risk reward view, I personally don’t see the point of sitting on the sidelines, now you may wish to have 25%, 50%, or whatever % of your final position invested now, but surely, logically you have to hold a position. The problem you have sitting on the sidelines is if any big news drops, MN, Croda revs, etc, what price will you be able to get in at, 40p, 50p, 60p, who knows. At 22.5p the down side risk compared to the upside reward is so heavily weighted to the upside, surely that warrants some exposure?

It’s not a black and white situations to just hold or wait, you have a third option of scaling in.

ray, it sounds to me like you cant be bothered doing any research and wish to rely on others to do it for you then pick it up for free, thankfully thats not how it works. there is plenty of information out there, rns’s, discussion with other investors who actually do some research, interviews on youtube, (including free ones from elric) you just need to put some effort in.

on the plus side you are lucky we are a diplomatic bunch, if you posed your complaints to tw (also behind a paywall) he would be telling you to **** off, and rightly so!

Ray, if SA does a proactive interview or investor meet etc, the company pays, therefore the shareholder pays, either way you pay, no interview is free! Personally I would much rather Elric or TW grill a CEO and pay a small amount to listen to the conversation. If you have a specific question you could always email the co direct, they are very good at replying.

Which brings me on to SA’s lack of thought for his shareholders, you could not be more wrong, he is very thoughtful towards shareholders. If he had no thought he wouldn’t have done two interviews in the last month or so, would he?
