I dont know, but if we do need a small placing it is inconsequential to me, get that, to me, others will see it differently! Its all guess work you have no control over, you could buy now at 30p, you could wait, we could get some good news and go to 50p and he could do a placing at 40p and you are 10p worse off, it could go the other way. If you want a better answer speak to the company.

Turtle, if a placing bothers you and you think the price is a bit high why would you consider investing? I suggest reading the last few rns's and watch the recent interviews with TW & Elric. I think once you have done that you might conclude the price is very cheap. In the grand scheme of things a small placing would be inconsequential.

Nick, there was nothing in the interview that wasn’t already in the public domain. Part of a CEO’s job is to keep investors informed and they have various ways of doing this, rns, Investor meet, proactive, TW, Elric, etc. Just because you don’t like the way it is done doesn’t really come into it. You should be grateful you have a CEO who is willing to give up his Sunday and give his time to investors. If you don’t want to pay that’s your choice.
