Bazza, I didn't say SA has delayed anything, I dont know all the facts. What I am saying is, I like to believe what I read in an rns is factualy correct, which in this case, it is not.

Lets deal with facts and not hearsay. I would like to bring to your attention the following:

“Croda's roll-out and forecasts expected to remain confidential given sensitivity prior to launch”

It is now “post” launch.

“Under the terms of the agreement, all details about formulation, functionality and Croda's financial expectations remain confidential due to the competitiveness of the cosmetics market. However, management is fully confident in Croda Beauty's deep experience in launching new products. Any royalty revenues arising from future sales will be reported to the market at the appropriate time.”

Well we now know about the formulations and functionality but critically not the financial expectations, why? I would suggest the “appropriate time” has come and gone since they have been forward selling since June 24!

“Based on management's baseline expectations for sales under the Croda agreement and new sources of revenue from recent acquisitions, Dermatonics and Bio-Tech Solutions, management expects to be cash flow positive from FY2025.”

Again, if you have a “baseline expectation” let’s hear it.

I have said it before and I will say it again, this situation is wholly unacceptable, the launch has come and gone and investors are being treated like mug punters.

Mad, why would the company be in a "dire position" if SA walked?

shy, incompetence, lies, bull**** or however you want to frame it, the fact is these statements where made multiple times so the company must have had transcript from discussions with croda to be allowed to put them in an rns multiple times.

i remember sa saying to tw in an interview things along the lines of “we are not a manufacturer,” “we are a black box technology,” we are not a b2c company, we are a b2b company.

well that didn’t age well did it! i know sa didn’t say those things because he wanted to look stupid in the future, he said those things because he believed them to be true at the time he said them. so now we still have black box tech but we are also a b2c and a manufacturer because croda misled/lied to management and they had to change course and go on an acquisition spree to shore up the company.

i could go on but cant be bothered, it is a free country, to a point, and if some investors wish to get excited about, dilution, mediocrity and failure, who am i to spoil their fun.

shy, i dont disagree with what you are saying re hurdles etc. my point is simple, i hold people accountable for what they say. as i said in my first post, i believe the future is very bright but dont ******* lie to me!

you call it what you will, the fact is shareholders have been unnecessarily diluted because of lies, bull**** or "incorrect forecasts." you go and relax and celebrate failure, fecking hilarious!

"100% dilution over the pre-revenue years seems acceptable to me." Shychap, maybe you should go back and read rns' I suggest starting with the one dated 26/11/2019. If you find it acceptable to be lied to multiple times thats your call.

Aquae, I find it best not to over complicate things via the written word. You are correct the performance isn't quite as bad once you factor in the near 100% dilution! Oh the irony.

Mad, its not about being a fair weather investor. Sbtx was at 17p when the Croda deal was signed in 2019, over 5 years later we have managed to improve by 7p. Let's have a bit of a reality check here, you may not appreciate Baz's delivery but he has a point. We have just had the biggest, in reality, the only launch in the companies history and it has gone down like a lead balloon! Delay after delay, extension, nda. I am not going to deny the future looks extremely bright but this has been a shockingly bad journey, fair weather investor, I think nothing could be further from the truth!

I'm not suggesting anything other than its a very strong number.

I would suggest investors look at Croda's Q1 sales update this morning and see if anyone sees a number that stands out compared to previous quarters.

For the love of god, how to make something simple, difficult.

There is a vessel, it is 20,000 litres, whatever comes out of that vessel we get 10% (approximately to keep it simple) of the value that Croda charge its clients.

For eg if Croda charge their clients £100 per litre thats £2m pounds per vessel run, we get £200k.

It really doesnt matter what amount goes into which one of the near 600 different formulations (thats down to Croda formulation chefs) or what those formulations ultimately end up in (products, thats down to Croda customers). As soon as it comes out the vessel we know what we get, done, the end.

It's a nonsensical discussion anyway, for two reasons.

(a) We dont know how much Croda is charging their clients.

(b) We dont know how many runs per week, month or year the vessel will run.

At the moment I would just like to know how much fecking money we have received, but we cant even find that out!

Bel, he said in the IMC in December Initial revenues in calendar year 24 as well as receiving additional revenues all the way up to the launch, he also stated this has been confirmed by Croda. This statement was made in the last IMC @ 11m 14s.

Investors should know about this.

Thomas, it's not about knicker wetting. We should have figures from Croda by now, nothing can be said in the IMC regarding that. It's unacceptable. We are at 19p for a reason, thats the reason.

This situation is totally unacceptable. Investors are getting shafted!
