Clio, results will only be released in December, I agree we will get a FY trading update in July and normally I would say wait and put the Croda figures in that, but due to the delays and the fact SA said June I would suggest it has to be June.

Net, in the last IMC @ 46m 45s SA clearly states we will Croda numbers before the end of June.

Net, there is no rule on releasing earnings "early" after the period has ended. But a company has to issue full year results within 6 months, and half year results within 3 months of the period end. I'm sure we will get a full year trading update sometime in July.

Shy, it literally says on the slide, Croda Global Launch, Zenakine launched 8/4/25, and SA says “The Croda global launch is now complete” but obviously you know best. Are you actually in Amsterdam having a space cake?

Acr, that is correct, unfortunately the market doesnt believe anything thats said anymore. On top of everything else that hasn’t materialised we then get the NDA which has caused immense damage to the company, it came out of nowhere and still remains today. Thats why we had the drop the day after the launch when we got that pathetic rns and we continue to fall.

We have been given many timelines which have been missed, so no chilling, or sitting back to watch more can kicking. The time for delivery has come and gone.

Net, stop making simple things complicated, the rns in November said “Croda's roll-out and forecasts expected to remain confidential given sensitivity prior to launch” so the forecasts have obviously been calculated on feedback from VIP’s and the 500 other customers Croda have. A forecast is by definition a guess, which will get more accurate over time. As SA has said this isn’t Croda’s first rodeo so they will have a good idea how it will sell. Stop with the nonsense.

Shy, I appreciate some parts of the NDA will stay in place until the agreement ends, which is totally understandable. Certain parts have been removed already, i.e. formulations & functionality. All I am asking for is revenue received and forecasts going forward. Not much to ask for in reality.

The only thing that will stop all this noise and speculation is to lift the NDA, the launch is complete, there is no need for it to be in place regards the financial aspect of sbtx.

Bill, nothings killing me, as far I know, I just dont celebrate failure like you do. Your constant pumping is not right, I have said I think Skinbiotix will be a success, but you cannot ignore mistakes have been made, unless you are smoking something of course.

Dire, it’s not about bottle or patience or any other way investors want to frame it. We are a few months away from the six year anniversary of a four year agreement, and let's not forget we have no idea when the NDA will be lifted, this is totally unacceptable. Now if you have a couple of grand invested or you have timed it right and gone all in at 7p or you are the greatest investor ever to grace this planet, you will obviously have a different view to someone who invested at IPO or someone who invested at 30 or 40 or 50p etc. Every investor will have a slightly different view than another investor, this is understandable. But the fact remains we have had multiple delays and multiple rns’ that have been misleading. Plus investors main focus is Croda because thats the one that has the potential to change everything, but Croda have been a pain in the ass. I believe SkinBiotix, aka Zenakine (shafted again with the name change) will be a massive hit, but that doesnt mean I have to be happy with their can kicking, the NDA or the misleading rns’.

Net, I got it from the reaction of the market and conversations with investors. Day of launch 24p, today 18p. The stock market always looks ahead, it was a flop, and will remain a flop until new information becomes avalible, i.e. the NDA lifted.

Net, if it was "loads and loads of cash for sbtx" we wouldnt be at 18p! We are at 18p because the market thinks it wont be "loads and loads of cash for sbtx." The launch went down like a fart in a space suit and the NDA just adds to the uncertainty. Shyte show continues!

The "launch" has happened, please point me to an rns were it states the launch clearly extends for several months.
