Bin, the broker note is due in the next week or so, not my words the words of SA. So the rns has to be next week because SA has said we will have Croda numbers this month, that is a fact. What is so difficult, I’m not dealing with assumptions I am dealing with what has come out of SA’s mouth.

Clio, I am more interested in the rns we need with Croda revenues to date, I think the broker note will have little effect unless it has hard numbers to back it up to show investors there is substance behind the forecasts. What we need, in this order is:

1, rns with Croda revenues to date.

2, broker note.

3, IMC.

Net, I'm talking specifically about the Superdrug deal, nothing else. We have raised £4.1m with no forecasts or any financial information whatsoever. So we are now giving away another £100k per £1m of Zenakine cash, on top of the £4.1m this deal has cost, it better be outstanding. I shall wait for some details before I order the Lambo, you giddy pumpers carry on!

The fact is, nobody knows if this is a good deal or not. Until we know how the deal is structured, margins, forecasts etc the jury is out. All I know is I have been diluted again by another 10%.

Net, the disadvantage is we get even more dilution. I hope no one takes up the offer and buys in the market!

What happens if it flops and Superdrug pull the deal after two years, what do we do with the stock, what do we do with the machinary.
