zenakine is the end result of using the skinbiotix technology that croda had access to due to an agreement signed in nov 2019 with initial revenues expected in 2021, so yeh, i do think so. do some research before you spout ****!

Apart from DB no one else on that list issued a TR1, I find it extremely implausible that any existing institutional investor that took part, hasn’t past 3%, there must have been forward selling. Look at the chart action and volume between the IMC (16/4) and the fund raise (16/6).
