Singers broker note still has FY26 at £6.2m, which is £100k less than FY25. The acquisitions have underperformed and it looks like they will continue to underperform going forward, they are being propped up with Croda revenues. IMO, thats why we aren’t getting Croda numbers because it will lay bear the failings of the acquisitions, hence the FRS102 nonsense in the FY TU.

Net, it was a hypothetical e.g. to get my point across regarding disclosure. Im not suggesting for one minute we would have received £10m!

For AIM-listed companies, a "material price movement" is not defined by a specific percentage change but rather by a change that is "significant" and "likely to lead to a substantial movement" in the company's share price if it were to become public. The obligation to disclose such price-sensitive information without delay is covered by AIM Rule 11 and Article 17 of UK Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

So either way, low or high would be material. There is of course a narrow window which wouldn't have a material impact on the share price, I doubt that very much.

There are many, many things that have been said and many, many things that have happened over the last six months that dont add up. Either we have been fed bullshyte of gargantuan proportion, or we have received material royalties to date.

As a hypothetical e.g. that I have used before, if Croda has sold £100m of lysate and we are due/received £10m, that has to be disclosed to the market without delay, under MAR rules, AIM rules, etc.

Jansy, very little adds up regarding the SD fund raise and the YE trading update, many questions no answers. We have zero attraction for new investors, except one of course, who decided to buy 10%, funny that isn’t it!

Disco, this is the problem. People shouldn’t have to put 2 and 2 together regarding Croda. Its either material or it isn’t, the market is telling us it isn’t. If it was, we would have received an rns, irrespective of any NDA nonsense. We have been told we started receiving revenues in Dec 2024, it is now nearly 12 months later and radio silence.

Bazza, if its just the 800k yesterday we wont find out anytime soon. That will take SOH from 6.4% to 6.1% so no threshold crossed. That has been his MO in the past, to get close to a reporting level, but not to cross it. It wouldn't suprise me if it was him.

Agreed, but as far as I am aware, ingredient lists go by size/weight so you could have all the ingredients but not together.

You cant raise £4m on a promise and then change the promise, you have to deliver. The fact is the launch hasn’t gone to plan, you may not like that fact but it is still a fact.

Dustbin, I dont think spending SD money on an acquisition would be a good idea, firstly it would be classed as misleading and it's not exactly good corporate ethics, plus the two acquisitions have not performed so have turned out to be an expensive exercise. I think we should get back to doing what we were floated on, selling black box IP. A novel thought I know!
