Net, I dont believe Zenakine sales are or will be rubbish, on the contrary.

The cash flow breakeven by FY2025 statement was made on Nov 19th in the Croda agreement update. The £5.3m revenue was known in October, seeing as there has been no broker upgrade or rns saying “ahead of expectations” on Derma/BTS/Axis, you have to come to the conclusion the cash flow breakeven statement is solely based on Croda income.

The problem is simple, the NDA, with no information you cannot make an investment decision. From rns 19/11 “Croda’s roll-out and forecasts expected to remain confidential given sensitivity prior to launch.” The NDA should no longer be in place, Croda have been taking the pi55 since day one and continue to do so.

Regarding SOH, he hasn’t got the first clue about Zenakine or its market, he has lost the plot. He has basically just done a pump (telling TW he wouldn't sell until 35-40p because the shares where undervalued) then dumped 1m shares through Cenkos into the rise, then gone on to say he thinks they are overvalued to cover his back. This why we are back at 21p, nothing more, nothing less, SOH has just royally bent over sbtx shareholders and give us a big f$*k you!

Shychap, TW & Elric are invaluable outlets, because they are investors asking difficult questions investors want answering. Vigo, waste of time, broker notes, waste of time, IMC helpful but not brilliant. I want the CEO to answer difficult questions and I want an investor to ask those questions and push back if the answer isn't acceptable, which doesnt happen on IMC. Everything was working fine for 99% of investors until nick (I'm taking my ball home) fecked everything up.

WILLG, to be honest what any of us believe Zenakine will or wont do, or what Zenakine will or wont replace is irrelevant. The fact is Croda have spent over five years and over €5m on Zenakine and have now launched it. They also say it's a Swiss army knife ingredient and has basically created its own category with circa 600 formulations, if that isn’t enough for you there is no hope.

PG, yes I do talk to Elric. It is possible there are discussions regarding contracts outside cosmetics but that would be a whole new agreement imho. But let’s assume it is being tagged on to the existing agreement, it still doesn't justify not updating investors with financials on Zenakine as it stands in terms of the original agreement for cosmetics as stated as per the rns dated 19/11/24.

I agree the broker is useless and I have made my views crystal clear to both the broker and SA.
