In the last rns we had this gem, "shareholders will only see the impact from the Croda partnership upon our financial results at full year end” what does this actually mean, no news on Croda until December, really? Let's recap, after being told we expected revenues in 2021, then 2022, then 2023, then, 2024, then an extension, then an NDA, now we have to wait until December! The comms is so poor its hideous, we should have had an update on Croda revs before now, by the end of next week is an absolute must for me, no more excuses.

The £5.3m does "not" include any contribution from Croda, past, present or future, the £5.3m is just, Axis, Dermatonics and BTS, which means revenue is H2 waited needing £3.7m from those three divisions. If (for eg) Croda contribute £2m that will take the rev forecast to £7.3m.

Aquae, it's just the way the rns' are written, they are so poor it leaves more questions than answers. It's just very frustrating. Hopefully we can gain back what we have lost.

Understand that Aquae, but 2m will be fairly easy to work through, regarding SOH, I am not as confident as you, he cannot be trusted.

Aquae, not really, SOH still has approx 20m shares down from 48m. I would say not irrelevant.

If SA denied any knowledge of any other institution selling, I would suggest that to be a reasonable response, since no institution has issued a TR1 since I can remember.

To your final point, yes SOH has been dumping and yes I believe he needs cash, but SOH has been caught out selling shares when he said he wasnt, he cannot be trusted. He also stated that he would “support” the sbtx share price by selling into any rise! Yes, he really did say that.

So back to my original gripe. The only ceo in this conversation who has been caught being less than honest with the truth is SOH. As I said from the outset, better to get some facts before attributing 100% of the blame.
