Croda are out there shouting from the rooftops and we have zero information from sbtx about how things have progressed financially. Due to an NDA that should have been lifted.

It was the day after the rns stating "Croda Launches Zenakine™ at in-cosmetics Global, Amsterdam” investors were expecting numbers which we didn’t get, as per rns 19/11 "Croda's roll-out and forecasts expected to remain confidential given sensitivity prior to launch” hence the sell off.

Bazza, dont get me started on this effin NDA. Zenakine is being mentioned allover the world, yet us plebs..............!

Aquae, you are correct, I didn't totally lose faith and as I stated earlier I believe Skinbiotix, aka Zenakine will be a smash hit and I am extremely upbeat for the companies future, but some of the things that have gone on are unacceptable to me. I’m not one to throw the baby out with the bathwater, having said that I will also make my feelings crystal clear.

Aquae, firstly, which statements are dubious? Secondly, my prediction of 50p post launch was based on the NDA being lifted, which it wasn't. It isn't a case of chilling. I have stated factual events that have come and gone. I dont like being lied to.

net, i wouldn't call myself a "loose cannon," i would say i am a loyal, long time investor who doesnt appreciate being lied too or bull****ted, whichever you prefer to call it.

a couple of examples, if you say we expect revenues in 2021, i believe you, if you say we expect revenues in 2022, i believe you. if you say we expect revenues in 2023, i believe you. if you say we expect revenues in 2024, i believe you. i must be stupid! when you sign a four year deal, i believe you. when none of these statements turnout to be true, are we dealing with lies, bu11**** or incompetence of biblical proportion. then to add insult to injury you sit there after five years and say this process normally takes seven years but we did it in less than five aren’t we fantastic, no, you’re a fecking idiot. why sign a four year deal when it normally takes seven, someone is lying.

Bottmzup, There is no mention of an NDA in any rns. The closest you will get is this, “Under the terms of the agreement, all details about formulation, functionality and Croda's financial expectations remain confidential due to the competitiveness of the cosmetics market.” and this, “Croda's roll-out and forecasts expected to remain confidential given sensitivity prior to launch.”

The reason the share price hasn’t sold off is because that was achieved after the launch as investors expected the NDA to be lifted and it wasn’t, the reason the share price hasn’t risen is because the NDA hasn’t been lifted so investors cannot make a decision on if the shares are undervalued or not.

As you see from my first paragraph, the NDA should have been lifted after the launch in April but it wasn’t, we all know the formulations, we all know the functionalities, and Croda are screaming from the rooftops all over the world about Zenakine, there is no need for the NDA to still be in place. Croda have been a shocking partner, missed timelines, extensions, NDA prior to launch, then NDA post launch.

I believe Zenakine will be a smash hit, but Croda are useless, look at their share price over the last ten years, at a near ten year low. I wouldn't trust them to run a pi55up in a brewery. God help us if we do another deal with the morons!

shy, i agree completely. i have asked for an rns and updated broker note, to a, correct the cash position, b, upgrade the revenue number. this is why i am so pi55ed off with the situation, it looks bad on the company and i believe it puts us in a false market situation. its a **** show!

Shy, you aren’t quoting apples for apples, in that case there where multiple breaches, including benefits to directors and there were no mitigating circumstances, i.e. an NDA, and they got fined £300k. What I am saying, hypothetically, is would you prefer to take a £200k fine for eg, (a slap on the wrist) or get sued by Croda? I’m not saying 100% this is what has happened but the fact is we have an NDA in place that makes SA sweat everytime he passes wind. With what is at stake, £200k is peanuts.

Shy, the chairman, CFO and nomad cant say a thing if they have signed the NDA, if they haven’t, they know as much as us, sweet FA. An NDA does not trump AIM regs, but if you are going to get sued if you do breach it, I would take the slap on the wrist!

Forward selling since June 24, first payment received in Dec 24, quarterly in arrears. We are now at the end of May, so at least one more payment received, we had a statement in the Croda commercial agreement rns on 19/11 which included, based on management “baseline" expectations for sales under the Croda agreement we will be cash flow positive from June 25.

Shy, ask yourself this question, would you rather breach AIM regs sighting the NDA as a mitigating circumstance and getting a slapped wrist, or get sued by Croda?

1, details about formulation.

2, functionality.

3, croda’s financial expectations.

1 & 2 are now in the public domain, so what about no3, the nda should no longer be in place. there is zero damage that can be done by sa telling us, a, what we have received so far and b, what the baseline management expectations are (as mentioned in rns). when exactly did this three months post launch get mentioned, i cant find it in an rns anywhere, are we just making **** up as we go along?

Net, I dont believe Zenakine sales are or will be rubbish, on the contrary.

The cash flow breakeven by FY2025 statement was made on Nov 19th in the Croda agreement update. The £5.3m revenue was known in October, seeing as there has been no broker upgrade or rns saying “ahead of expectations” on Derma/BTS/Axis, you have to come to the conclusion the cash flow breakeven statement is solely based on Croda income.

The problem is simple, the NDA, with no information you cannot make an investment decision. From rns 19/11 “Croda’s roll-out and forecasts expected to remain confidential given sensitivity prior to launch.” The NDA should no longer be in place, Croda have been taking the pi55 since day one and continue to do so.
