It’s funny how sentiment changes. I’ve been looking back at posts on this BB at the time the investment/loan was arranged. There was a lot of vitriol. The ramping camp in the main saw it as an investment and endorsement of how well we were doing. Whereas the FUDsters saw it for what it was - a loan to buy Launch.

Fast forward to now and which assessment was more accurate. How the worm has turned. Problem is we learn nothing from what has gone before. In fact the rampers tell us what Avacta has said or done in the past is immaterial in how we should assess its future prospects.

Good analysis although it is worrying that, with all the information published on the platform mechanism that the FDA are so thick they don’t understand why there is little or no collateral damage. What sort of people do they employ to assess these cases?

On a more serious note:

I don’t think that we can expect trials in US to take off very quickly. It is such a litigious society I expect the legal contract and its clauses will be humongous!!

Yes that’s why in the light of latest information I’ve changed my mind.

I originally saw Novartis as a good fit but not anymore. Also the fact that CC had”friends in court” there and their proximity on the White City campus made me think they were front runner.

PS did I tell you that I am an IC alumnus?

With the recent change of direction I am less confident that Novartis is our suitor.
