Al left because his stated aim was to see AVA6000 (his baby) right the way through clinical trials. But others had realised that in order to achieve the full potential of the platform full focus needed to be on progressing the next generations. Al wouldn’t agree to that. He wouldn’t consider a JV for AVA6000 and said as much though he did say that AVA3996 deal was likely to ease funding. The new kids disagreed so Al had to go.

Do some research. You are most unlikely to get shares in NASDAQ. Most likely route is IPO. It could be reverse into a company already NASDAQ listed but very unlikely.

The point of my post was to state my view on why the SP is where it is and will remain there for some months.

I think it’s much more straightforward than that. And that is that the timeline that CC has set for AVA6000 and the first pipeline drugs. Profit is a long way off and most of us including IIs and BP have better places to put our money at the moment. And there are many hurdles to jump - it’s not a dead certainty.

I have a tidy sum invested but I’m not selling or buying not even at this current price.

More unfounded ramping b*ll*cks. Just sit and wait patiently for P2 results to start coming in.
