As to Winne he doesn’t moan on about Avacta all the time. He like me wants Avacta to succeed but he is frustrated by the SP and tries to analyse why. All a lot more helpful than baseless ramping predictions.

Nothing anyone on here posts affects the SP one iota.

I don’t object to anyone’s analysis of the situation using known facts. But I do object to baseless ramps forecasting imminent large rises in the SP which have proved so inaccurate. Also statements such as:

You’d be a fool not to buy at these prices.

Wouldn’t want to be out over the weekend.

Massive rerate next week.

Because some poor s*ds have believed them.

I think it’s much more straightforward than that. And than is the timeline that CC has set for AVA6000 and the first pipeline drugs. Profit is a long way off and most of us including IIs and BP have better places to put our money at the moment. And there are many hurdles to jump - it’s not a dead certainty.

I have a tidy sum invested but I’m not selling or buying not even at this current price.

How is Bingo by the way?

Safety tolerability is excellent but is no better than predicted by rodent results.

Efficacy is poor with very few tumours being shrunk primarily because of the wide range of tumour types chosen (yeah I know it wasn’t an efficacy trial).

Really the only surprise is some efficacy shown against mid FAP tumours thus opening the door to treatment for TNBC. And we’ll have to await P2 early trial results 2H26 to have this confirmed. That could be 2 years from now.

I don’t think we’ll see much SP movement either way during 2025. Which is disappointing but not totally surprising.

My original post was saying what a great video and a great presentation. I picked out what CC said as the answer to why the switch in focus to pipeline drugs not as any deramp. My most recent post was because you asked did CC really say it. So I was just pointing out when she said it.

You guys always want to fight. I really don’t get it. We’ve got the clearest communication from CC ever with a clear strategy and time estimates but somehow to you it’s more important to point score and argue.

Video worth waiting for. Pipeline potential is mind blowing as is AVA6000 use in breast cancer in the interim. I now understand why arm2 results not of great significance (reduced to 3 diseases by the end). Also understand issues so far in that doxorubicin not very effective against STS (1 min 20secs in). So P2 timeline has increased (breast cancer trials take longer and are more costly) but the rewards will be huge. However I think that you will have plenty more opportunities to buy shares at the current SP or thereabouts.

In conclusion this video is most thorough yet in explaining what is happening and where we are going A bright future indeed.

Re timelines: no of course they aren’t set in stone. Most so far have slipped. You know very well what I am saying. But as you said earlier you just enjoy the banter. I hope those naive investors that trusted your judgement and invested far more than they should have will have enjoyed the banter as well.

What Icecool is trying to say is that his shorter timescales are more accurate than CCs. After all she’s only the CEO what does she know compared to Ice who is a well researched investor.

And yes I am invested. And yes I am expecting Avacta to succeed but CCs timelines are likely to be cautious if anything. CEOs tend to be optimistic.

What is your problem? We’ve been given the clearest most comprehensive information and predicted timelines ever and you are still arguing the toss. Why?

Mate you have lost all credibility. Your views on what has been happening and baseless predictions of timescales for future phases have been well and truly discredited. But you are so arrogant you can’t admit it and settle down to wait patiently fo CC to meet her targets.

The overlaps are because a P2 trial cannot be closed until it has been shown how many patients survive for over 12 months. But that doesn’t stop them commencing P3.

The results weren’t any better than the mouse trials indicated they would be. You seem to be saying that P1a had to go on until MTD was found. But it’s never going to be found in any reasonable timescale because of mechanism of cleaving.

You just carry on making up lies to attack those of us that more accurately predicted Avacta timelines than the Pom Pom girls. And even now you refuse to accept Avacta’s own predicted timelines. Can’t you see how stupid this is???
