We do know that Avacta are being upbeat about their diagnostics arm and Abingdon did get Affidx through TT at end of 2021. So why wouldn’t Avacta use Abingdon for any new or relaunched test kits?

Avacta seem to be trying to resuscitate their diagnostics arm. Maybe working with Abingdon again behind the scenes?

Just out of curiosity, what are the other stocks on European, Berlin and Stuttgart markets that are listed when you search for Avacta on Yahoo Finance. They cite Avacta Group and attach news items pertinent to Avacta.

Not sure what the synergy would be with GSK. But they are an LTH for me and my only pharma. Did ok out of the Halton split, then they dropped. But Haleon picking up a bit recently.

Excellent. I’m envious. I bailed out of aircraft “industry” shortly after Wilson cancelled TSR2 but I did work on the Concorde test rigs and supersonic flight models at Farnborough back in the day. Shows that I’m a really old fart. Then I discovered there were more lucrative ways to take advantage of an Aero Eng degree.

At the risk of prolonging this. I do understand that Affidx and AVA6000 are very different processes to bring to market. My point was that Al has form in terms of his communications. One example was we had to find out in an Abingdon RNS that Affidx TT had been completed and the week after that Al pulled the plug after hinting that it was a quick fix and the it would be back on the market.
I think I also remember Al talking about a number of inflexion points in SP this Summer.
So that is why I’m nervous.

Yes PAHOO has already pointed out that engineering projects are nothing like biotech.
Sadly old habits die hard.
I mention my service for my country on FB because one of my favourite photos is of me in uniform.
There are a number of roles I’ve held in civvie street.
E.g. as an alumnus of Imperial College I have been invited to White City on a couple of occasions to presentations on what is happening there. As an ex employee of both Deloittes and Accenture I attend frequent meetings in London and by Zoom. I am a Chartered Engineer and was an assessor for chartered engineer. And more. But this will just give you more ammunition to have a go.

However I know f*ck all about biotech or AIM so that is why I ask questions that can be misconstrued as deramping.

Just hoping beyond hope for an RNS beforehand
