FFS why do you continue to misunderstand how an open offer works.
I must have taken part in a dozen such OOs over 40 years of investing. The company cannot issue more shares than the total authorised in the offer. It’s not a matter of them deciding not to because they don’t need the extra money.

I still think best bet is for Abingdon to get the contract for the relaunched Affidx from Avacta. Avacta are saying it will be relaunched soon and Abingdon got the previous version through TT so it’s obvious to me.

When your offer shares are allocated, they will not show as a separate line in your account.

Clearly you have never subscribed to a share offer of this nature before. Why do you persist with this absolute tosh. The only extra shares you will get will be a proportion of any pool of shares that are not taken up by other entitled investors.

Avacta May decide to put in place another offer but they cannot Willy nilly add to this one.

Also why would they want to when in a couple of months they’ll be able to instigate an offer at £5 say and bring in a lot more money.
