OK it obviously is containing dox in the tumour area but is it actually releasing enough and is that why the dose needs to be raised?

Isn’t it possible that they can start Phase1b but also continue 1a. Ie overlap them. If results so far make it possible to start 1b then I don’t see why they can’t continue 1a in order to get additional data.
Is there any precedent for this?
