SoS: which day for the RNS and what will sp be at end of week?

Dale: They bother because they don't want his rubbish to go unchallenged. Some may actually believe his nonsense and it needs to be debunked.

It is not just production delays that irritate me, albeit having been told on 1 Feb that it was all systems go and we are six weeks further on this is clearly not great. It is the fact that the refrac has been put back because of delays procuring equipment. Others on here tell me that this was predictable, so why didn't the board factor this in before telling us that they would be refracking in q1?

Zag: This is particularly true when we have previously been told that the same thing was "imminent". The RNS this week simply told us that what we had already expected to happen was still 'about to happen' and something else that we had been expecting wasn't now going to happen for many months. This apparently was good news. Alistair Campbell would have had a job selling this news as anything but disappointing; certainly the market has been underwhelmed. I'm sure both you and I would like to see this head north but preferably without all the nonsense that gets spouted on a daily basis.

This really is an odd share. I wonder what sort of news would be needed to make a rise stick? At this rate we'll be back even by day's end.

The thing is Aiming, that I rarely post 'negative' comments. Refusing to get carried away and wanting to see hard evidence before cracking open the champagne has meant that I retired at 43. Granted I predicted a fall to .15 last evening but I was brassed off at yet another delay. Those who hype the share seem to take offence that others point out to them when they have got it wrong. Much easier to hold up your hands and move on.

Early this morning Gordon was being castigated for not being happy with the sp re-rating. I said to wait until day's end before getting carried away. Neither Gordon nor I will receive any sort of apology should we still be down at CoP because it never happens. Those who said this week was the week simply move on to saying that next week is the week without a hint of embarrassment.

Oilman: Let's wait until day's end to see how much we have re-rated. As I type we are back where we started.

Deramping is the practice of talking down a share in order to gain a lower entry point. I am not selling or buying any of these. I simply pointed out that they felt the need to mention funding again.

'Subject to funding' sounds ominous too.....Glad I am only in for 5k, this is going down to .15 in next few days.

TWB: I think yours and my definition of the word 'fundamentally' must be very different. A refrac was due in q1 and now has been pushed back months for reasons that should have been easily spotted. If you know about operational delays in India, why didn't the board? No apology in the RNS for the delay. This lot move the goalposts more often than rampaging Scottish fans at Wembley.

Zag. Perhaps they'll tell us it's a good chance to average down or whatever other nonsense gets spouted in these situations. Perhaps they were hoping for a small spike so they could get out with a profit before this news landed.

I need wait no longer. RNS out in Aus. If this is 'great' heaven knows what a bad week will look like. I don't expect an apology or a " yes you were right to be sceptical", because that never happens on here. I'll hold until I can get my money back but my .4p is now looking optimistic. Refrac results in the autumn....

Oilman: I haven't suddenly appeared although as a recent arrival here you wouldn't know that. Secondly, are you going to give us a 30 June target price? Scepticism born from experience is not quite the same as casting doubts although to be honest, I don't see your "great week" materialising.
