I am afraid that people seem to havegot ahead of themselves here. The GOI was baked into the price and simply receiving confirmation was never going to see a rapid rise. We have gone from .07 to .13 in a few months with this news in the background. Roland hasn't helped sentiment by his unnecessary self imposed wildly optimistic deadlines. I suspect he will go before year end. We should hold around this level but something new is required for a further decent rise, not the manifestation of something six months old.

At least we can say for sure that the delay was just about the Indian election as some would have had us believe. Equally, the Indians may not think there has been a delay at all given that they weren't the ones saying 'a matter of weeks' or 'imminently'.

Anyone invested here for more than a couple of months knows the score. An approaching RNS sees a spike and then the news is sold. This was and still is a long term hold. We may see real price action in 2025 but for now it is bottom drawer. All the .15 by end of day nonsense is frankly laughable. With no jeopardy, people can and do say whatever comes into their heads.

If it is out of his control, and I agree it largely is, he should make that clear rather than exuding misplaced confidence.

It's possible that most people WANTED to believe Roland in the same way that we don't want to believe that someone we trust has done something wrong, but deep down many of us knew what was coming (or not). Roland can set and miss all his so called deadlines safe in the knowledge that a) he will still be paid and b) there' nothing we can do.
