****nal. in many years of investing, placings don't happen further down the line. i have seen numerous 'headroom' motions passed and every time the company has placed quickly. i said before that .3 would be a very good outcome and i still believe it. the panmure target of 1.5p was a long term price assuming many things fall into place. before anyone tells me i am deramping, i would point out that i am suggesting a doubling of the sp following jv news.

In this modern age there are two things necessary to be a successful CEO, technical knowhow and a clear and effective communications strategy. Roland clearly has the former and hopefully this will bring ultimate success. Sadly he has nothing close to the latter. Whoever advised him to say 'end of January' and 'early February' should be sacked. The person who advised the tweets should be tortured then sacked. If all of it was Roland's idea then heaven help us. I noticed a similar pattern at now defunct Rambler with Toby Bradbury. These are old men who haven't moved with the times. Every hint one way or another is a trader's dream.

As for saying 'potential' jv, this is legally accurate until a joint venture is signed.
