Again Colour, not necessarily as you say. Until this point in time CC has been a Sub. Mark ups lower and money delays. All other companies are well off. CC can now get loans for each SPV. HPL who I think are the biggest manufacturer are AMISP and probably have the biggest contracts. DIGISMART/CC are now AMISP and agnostic so next few months could see them winning all 10m AMISPs. Further to my 9 Jun, despite Colour saying JC doesn't respond it would be nice if CC issued an updated map of current contracts, installs and any maintenance started. I am sure the number of contracts progressing already would be of interest. I think the map was Feb for an exhibition. We need PR to fill the gaps. DYOR.

Colour didn't Bangkok have a change of Government. You can't keep going back, remember the Northern state where CC lost one, after winning it, to China for cheapness. Then China was barred.

Hello Colour, not quite as bad as you make out. Cyan ventured into Smart with low finance, so apart from you raising the matter of salaries, most other costs had to be met along the way. I think all the opposition are well britched. So now we have a situation where Funds are loaning at good rates, CC has become a respected competitor. In its dealings I do not think CC has let any customers down, money or SLA wise. I think at this time we are on a winner, so hold your breath a short while longer. DYOR

Morning all. It will be interesting to see how many Subs are required to run an AMISP contract. It must be down to what CC has contracted for, looks like they are doing, Feeders, Government Offices, Commercial, Residential. They have probably seen this with INDORE but to have all the financials is quite a test. I seem to remember reading our quote was 20% under Adani, who were probably expensive, so a careful eye on costs and admin. DYOR

Thanks for that LTI, there are so many possibilities when it all unfolds. I thought the pipeline had run dry (pun) but it looks like again the sanctions are slow to get going. It will be interesting to see, if Goa goes well, if Digismart gets a shot in areas we have worked for Intellismart. Again being agnostic puts us on a par with Intellismart, plus CC is hands on. Thinking of the time we were pulled into Bihar to sort their problems out. DYOR

Just wondering gizmo, as Goa is a small state has Digismart got the whole of Smart and if performing well could they be offered gas and water. I assum Adani will not feature as we outbid them. DYOR

Evening gizmo, India was always seen as the golden egg by CC, it could well come to the attention of pension funds who are looking for progressive but long duration investments. With all thats going on now would be the price to indulge.

Thanks for that LTI. Enzen was I believe before AMISP. My reasoning that CC did equivalent to AMISP was that Enzen was the figure head and CC did the work and became the 'go to' leader and developed the expertise.

So was our current order situation with Intellismart a continuation from Enzen.

Well Grant numbers sound large but India has 1.4bn people, 250m electric meters. Take GOA, contract for 750000 meters in 27months. 30days say X 27 divided into 750000 = 925 per day on this small contract.

Hello Grant, Colour will probably come up with a good reason. Do remember they are trying to fit 250m all over and it's not one man and bic.

Morning LTI, reading over PVVNL past, in 2015 received an order via ENZEN for 13,500 meters, I presume CC were acting as equivalent to AMISP, PVVNL consumer base 3.5m customer, I presume maintenance time nearly up, considering we were working on most projects being considered sticky for further orders how did we unfold to date. You may not even have that info. DYOR

Morning Colour, to me CC is in the best position ever, I was only enquiring about how the Genus situation unfolded. White Label does not apply as both Genus and BI(China) were already known. JC may have been a bit preemptive with BI as China only has 2 Utilities, who BI probably could not break into and looking more at ROW. I only wanted to know the outcome of Genus, ie what happened to our Module arrangement. As Genus attended our last show stand they are still conversing with CC. We may get an update on Bihar. I would say CC have learnt controlling an AMISP project from their experience in INDORE, which as you know met with Central Government approval. DYOR.

Colour I will hold my hands up to that. I want an answer that we all read. To me this requires a serious answer. As I understood it CC handed over Smart details to Genus and were getting paid for the production by them, I suppose similar to a licence. Previously we were being told the number of modules that we delivered to the factory gate. So what is the update. It could be all straight forward and of course CC has the protection of its Turnkey function. The question is am I being paranoid.

Afternoon All, Just been reading through News and Events on CC website.

Came to CC receiving order from Genus for deploying 10 lakh RF modules, dated 23 Aug 22, the Bihar project. This was the full Monty, HES, Perpetual License etc. I take it that is now completed and we are into Maintenance Contract.

At this point in time, Aug22, I take it that Genus had none of these capabilities. Genus SP has taken off big time since then, does anybody know where their RF modules are now coming from. We went INHOUSE with Genus so are we getting a licence fee from Genus, if so it would be worth millions. DYOR but observations please.

To give onlookers and us an update of current contracts MAP and numbers completed I would like to an update on the Feb/Mar ? one if possible. It was very informative.

If not possible then a list of these contracts and positions.

Existing holders are aware of general situation but potential newbies probably have not got a clue.
