Thanks for that LTI. You are right there are a lot of variables. It is such a large order that CC must be considered 100% reliable, not only in product but also in supply chain. I thought of Genus because of past but equally they have CC Omni Inhouse already, unless that did not happen, so would not need modules. So is it someone who could not get regular supplies for such a large order. Sounds like an RDSS type within 27months but within time could mean an ASAP. Guess work but very large order. DYOR

Lets get away from Thailand for a moment which will probably sort itself out.

In India some years back a 5m order was made out (not for CC), I believe this did not work out and CC were called in provide 1m units. After that I think it was estimated that orders would only rotate around 1 to 2 million at a time. I am saying this because 6.5m units issued to a small co like CC is massive. This leads me to Genus, we were providing Smart Modules for their meters, CC agreed the manufacture to go Genus Inhouse, previously we were updated and then the graphs ceased. Now, as Genus supplies Intellismart direct with meters could it be that this unnamed global partner is Genus and we are the equivalent of a White Label. No problem with that but it would do our SP the world of good if we were allowed to disclose.

Hi gizmo, Goa will be the SP turning point no doubt, possibly start in next few days. This could may be pay off the larger interest loan and initiate another 7% loan. What's your opinion on the 6.5m unit contract. I have my thoughts and trying to do DYOR but nothing to go on.

My thoughts are, when JST introduced us to MEA apart from changed frequency it was a meter job, this cabling nonsense I presume came later. My logic would to have been to convert the meters to smart then re cable street by street.

Colour, DYOR is not for me but everyone else, must protect yourself from the likes of you. LTI is all knowing and can be relied upon, unlike yourself, Capt BirdsEye is very busy, India is big. jake, all shares are planned for, its knowing when strings are pulled. Do not forget DYOR. I feel there are very good times ahead, it has been a long wait but there it is.

Afternoon LTI, I owe you an apology, first chance I have had to run over details, I presume Framework, as opposed to Pipeline, is just supply at fixed price on job to job basis, recipients named. I must have thought it strange as I was thinking in the millions of units. So I come to the 6.5m order from global partner (280824), do we have any update. I will have to have a look at where I heard we were supplying to various start projects, I presume via Intellismart. Should soon see GOA start, tempted to buy. DYOR

Thanks for that gizmo. CC is doing well in being able to deal with all terrain in India and should excel in Africa, especially with distance. I should imagine the Ingateway cuts planning massively. Something I said I would never do, I have been looking backwards recently, it doesn't pay, its what is to come that counts. I don't think it will be another eternity.

Hello LTI, as you know I feel CC made the best move yet to go AMISP; existing book of 9m, aiming at 10m AMISP and 70m supply contracts, and what else is to come in India should take us well over the 50m (20%) target.

In the matter of Intellismart Framework, on first reading I did get the impression you were referring to all Intellismart RF and at the time of the first 3m Framework only a partner, no name, was referred to. There was no way to see who the Utilities concerned were or how many meters were being issued as it was an ad hoc arrangement. Likewise we do not know how much of the Framework numbers have been used up for if we will get further orders. Where do we get DYOR figures from. The Intellismart video features many contractors, Schneider, Kimbal, CC etc. but we say very little. Is new kid on the block now the favourite. May be CC/Digismart have grown up and can now make out going it alone. DYOR We are on the way Colour. Happy to stand corrected on any of my observations.

Afternoon LTI, you are more than likely right that CC is sole RF provider to Intellismart. My worries started when I read that Kimbal were supplying Intellismart in Assam as they do RF-mesh, are you saying we are the only suppliers, I notice that Scheinder are also involved, maybe inserting modules in their meters. DYOR . Should get some repeate orders soon from all the other sites we supply direct around the India map.

Morning LTI, re-reading my comments of yesterday, this in no way detracts from my opinion that JC made a good move with AMISP, all these contracts will be under way shortly and money should be flowing into the bank. JCs aim of 20% (50m) will probably be exceeded and should we get 20m of that as AMISP then I think shareholders will be pleased. DYOR.

Thanks for that, LTI. I would have been much more trusting if it said we through our Framework Agreement were the sole suppliers of RF. However I read the site Kimbal, our story, Assam and the glowing comments received from Intellismart. I am then thinking are we still the favourites and thankful we are now AMISP. We have hardship researching our customers as often no names. For instance, and I may have missed it, but how many Framework orders have we received, are they continuation, and RNS dates. It would be nice to have a timeline on how the deliveries are running, as with previous Genus. This information is the difference between profit and loss. Definitely DYOR .

Hello Colour, not quite as simples as you make it, I should imagine all the big companies are struggling whilst Smart is now taking off. The orders are coming but so are costs initially, the difference being they can absorb their costs elsewhere but for the time being CC has its costs on show. All will now all be bidding for skilled workers.

Hello LTI, said before the problem with Intellismart is it refers to "and partners", CC is never mentioned and whilst PIs were given 'pipeline' figures to be used in a scattergun manner throughout projects we do not know how many are installed and how many will be coming up for maintenance fees, we should know by now. This leaves the door open to Colour. DYOR

Well Colour, I think you are not in the real world, India is a bit of a fantasia, the biggest Smart at 250m that we know, gov didn't quite know how to tackle it and kept changing goal posts,etc. With dot com which was my era it was all the unknown with values at X 100 their worth, then crash followed by recovery. CC by forsight moved into AMISP, has surprisingly, against big boys, got GOA to prove their worth and I think will do so and get more, all inclusive contracts. DYOR.

On the brink of 8p; something might be afoot, if CC gets a few decent AMISPs out of the 10m bid for then SP could well move quickly, looking at past order books of less than 1m supply only units the existing order book should be in the 30p+ bracket already. DYOR

Are we about to take off again, at least back to 14p for starters, or is it just buying in at a good price. DYOR.

Yes LTI, I picked up on that, to my memory CC because of the volumes in India were concentrating on electric meters. Is JC planning for a CCIndia and CCRow. With AMISP CCIndia could be worth a small fortune with possibly ROW doubling it. DYOR.
