Hi gizmo. Is Adani Esyasoft still on, didn't Adani have problems with lowest price protests. With all that is going on at present I think CCs good fortune is being agnostic, Genus can only produce so many meters, Kimbal have their own meters and the restriction of that. Considering CC have I believe 9 good meter suppliers they can obtain more in a year and with just may be insignia 'CC Inside' if JC has a say as buyer.

With JC saying trying to arrange advance financing on future projects, are we about to get another AMISP announcement for similar to GOA. It would probably have to be there immediately and could we get a knock on effect from the same lender. DYOR

Morning, I was pleased JC covered the $7.5m loan. So Digismart aiming at 10m units, CC aiming at 70m smart comms modules. CC are aiming high, sounds good.

Afternoon. The problem is CC and us have never been in this position before. To me the outcome will be if JC can get all of these contracts moving on time. Once regular monthly income starts we could be in a position to repay early. I think there must be a fair amount of certainty for JC to be taking these calculated risks. He envisages making further loans to sustain each RDSS by the looks of it. Although a long time coming this is what AIM is all about. An element of 'dellboy' but this is the excitement. DYOR

Morning all, jake why so negative, the company needs cash to expand, got a very good rate, there is always a security element on such a loan, CC must be confident of making fast gains in India and ROW. I think at this stage you have to be in it to win it. The AMISP element is going to be the win it, being a secondary supplier is being at the call of the lead. In the case of Intellismart we have a pipeline and whilst it looks good its open ended and scattergun for their use, so who is to say we are not just being used for the difficult stuff and others doing the cream work. Hopefully not so. To me JC is taking the best actions. DYOR

Morning. Just a thought, over last couple of years our order book has multiplied many times, yet our SP drops back. Is it that we are not well known in UK. I think it was suggested that we also register on India Exchange, where I take it we are known. What do the experts amongst us think.

Hello sandgrounded, I thought warrants expired last Friday. I think that CC is in good enough position now to get any needed funds from the direction of loans.

Hello Mike, I think background is too complex. To me the current situation is the best that CC achieved, we have stops and starts over several years in India, where the main effort is concentrated. CC has reached the pinical with subsidiary Digismart obtaining AMISP status. I feel our product and ability has reached 'can do status' and JC has reflected what I said way back, that Utilities after many baron years just want to make money, not have the headache of arranging Smart. CC at last can do all their thinking for them and in 'safe hands'. It's now down to cash to oil the wheels. With its new found status CC should be able to get some good interest rates. To me there are no ifs and buts, just the amount of contracts we can get. GOA appears to be ready to go, so chocks away. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH

Their background of INDORE and MYSORE plus commendations from Central Government, I think demonstrates their can do approach. I recon JC will pull out all the Stops with GOA. Would not be surprised if Intellismart asked Digismart to do the lead on some of its Projects. DYOR.

Hello LTI,thanks for observation, yes I did mention banks twice. There I have a slight difference of view, you are probably right. To my understanding a bank formed part of each consortium and together with the government provided monthly finance for project. I thought the £5m required was for security. Hopefully as we go along the need for expansion funding will diminish.

LTI, seeking clarification, under RDSS when an award is made, say 27months, does the consortium not include a bank and a payment by Government. CC needed the £5m loan to meet tender requirements and immediately starting using it, I suppose to stockpile Smart meters for GOA launch. So why do we need discussions on future/further funds. Banks form the consortium, and with supply only contracts we are paid at the gate upon delivery. Look to be educated.

Morning LTI, Directors Talk, has answered a lot of questions for me. I wanted a video and that was good enough. Digismart is aiming at 10m units, I expected there will be more added. So higher mark up, gross revenue of 1m units = £100m, CC is part of Subs so takes a proportion of revenue. All in all probably an excellent profit for Group. For me worth one more buy before it takes off. DYOR

Only my opinion but with £180m order book a good chance of 20p this week I feel. With Digismart now leading partnerships and using CC we should see faster allocations to Subs. DYOR
