Hi Jake, timing realism is not a reality in India. Elections do interfere with day to day life. If JC allowed for all this, considering we are mainly subs then he would have nothing to report and Colour would just love that.

You never know when things like this are in the balance but to me GOA was in the bag when JC made that £5m loan. Anybody have further thoughts on that other contract that was also suggested by somebody on here a few months back. If that turns up like GOA then I think we would have passed this semi-crisis point. Colour, not that they probably had a choice but I consider CC the only minor error with GOA was not starting with residential first for volume, leaving complex commercials to last. DYOR.

Colour, I have looked around market information on GOA. I have obviously missed something important, what do you know. I would think CC had arranged that £5m loan with sure knowledge it was just a matter of finalising details.

It would appear now is the time to buy, quite a big dip but if it is only due to time delay and contracts are still there it should recover. An advance to 14p could mean a 100% profit. DYOR

Colour, glad I'm not included in your wisemen, what do you know about GOA. This is a small contract and State wise probably 750,000 covers whole area but I think that it is the first single AMISP to do so.

Well jake, Colour has always said India does not run on time. Over the years most items have arrived late. Flip the coin contracts of 180m are on the books. Digismart has entered into the world of AMISP and which is a big step up. We have always had delays but here we are possibly talking about weeks. Warrants close in 2 weeks, to me its a matter of watching closely that what is suppose to happen does happen in coming weeks. DYOR

Hello Colour, usual cynicism at least Jake has information to go along with his remarks. In the past £5 etc has gone with information of the time. Things were changing constantly, legislation etc. This has been said before but incidentally why are you still here.

I bet you gulped for air when I mentioned: £100m x 50m = £5bn. Gross revenue if AMISP.

Thanks for that LTI. It supports the funding new era and UK share float will not be happening. So no need to sell down. Also if Goa is on the monthly scheme a bank is part of the consortium and money will be provided in equal monthly payments. I presume the first few months are planning and commercials so theoretically early monthly income payments will exceed outgoings so loans will probably be limited. Only my view.

I don't often think this way but CC shares should be trading much higher. As it appears warrants are not going to be traded at 15p in the expiring 2 weeks is the SP being dropped, as in the past, to do a float. We have been assured that any funding will be coming via other means, so hopefully they keep to their word. There is no reason I can see for this drop.

As with GOA, although not necessarily, if an AMISP contract is worth roughly 1m-units = £100m gross revenue. Taking JCs desires into account, if we get the 20% of India in AMISPs that is gross revenue of £100m x 50m = £5bn.

Now that is dreaming, DYOR.

The problem is Trader, in hindsight the whole idea was a bit ambitious. To take a low capital company change direction from semi conductors into an arena of big boys was a bit doubtful. However the product was good, others have arisen since but I feel CC/Digismart has won through. We may fall at last hurdle but it looks good to me.
