JC will have his work cut out with the new more regular updates. Apart from usual Indian time delays there is a lot going on and hopefully we will get a good chunk, we already have ten times our original order book and I seem to remember 2025 was the big year on previous forecasts. Contracts that are issued shortly will probably be for the whole of the 250m+, then it will be buckling down and delivering on time.

India takes a long time but there must be some news after these months, good or bad. Even if we only get the 25% predicted that would be good.

Well harley I've been in far too long and only an amateur, as we have a substantial long term loan and any AMISP contracts are funded, I recon further funding will only be needed if we miraculously get massive supply orders all at once which need to be covered. Hopefully we will get a few bob from existing contracts that will cover this. After all these years I am as much in the dark as you but at least we are further up the pecking order.

I must say I can accommodated most observations that JC has made recently, allowing for India .However Colour made a comment re GOA regarding CC taking on the lead role under Digismart for obtaining and installing meters. They then farmed it out, is this because it was more economical than doing it ourselves or because we were overstretched, bearing in mind we appear to be doing these things on behalf of Intellismart elsewhere. I take your point Harley, apart from some good responses I have had one or two evasions. One being I never got the answer to Genus, are we part them or not, we went on their Bench production, next minute they had mastered Smart Comms. Is that ours under White Label, if so considering their massive jump forward in SP we should have got a spin off. May be look at price if it lifts soon above 10p.

Colour, I think most of us appreciate this is a peculiar share in as much as it should have started with much bigger reserves like the others. However its an AIM share which is risky by its definition. Don't expect top class balance sheets as with FTSE. Long termers have seen the dilemmas that have come along, had to average to keep in the game but now see CC taking off, allowing for normal India delays. As I see it JC now needs to keep control of CC India, which is self sufficient. Should a takeover happen, with all that is before CC, having possibly successful bids in the region of 70m to 100m units in total I would think JC would not entertain less than £2 and with a 10 year return possibly £5. This is AIM and I believe anybody coming in now have probably had all the hard work done already. May be the time when we should have come in. DYOR

Colour I understand you alright. Why you bailed out and then returned and then carried on rubbishing JC is questionable. Anyway on summaries there is nothing to stop CC giving updates on installations and how Goa is going etc.

Colour, don't get carried away. As soon as someone puts up a negative you are on it. Hopefully JC is not reaching out too far before getting us a return. Over the years you have said how slow India is at paperwork, JC has admitted his enthusiasm has gone way ahead of their efficiency. So after all these years, unless there is a massive fiddle going on, are we about to see the returns. To me October summary with a lot of detail will be the turning point. Otherwise ITTs, suspicions, may be founded. DYOR

Hi Harley, I would think SP is at its lowest for the order book. JC said we have this 70m unit and 10m AMISP submission awaited so should achieve 20p as a minimum starter. DYOR.

Jake, I'm inclined to agree. There is something wrong with SP. With the amount of orders we have lined up and allowing for delays, to my mind on past SP comparisons we should be on 50p. Might sound dramatic but with 1m unit order book then worth 29p, and allowing for various happenings then in no way should we be at 7p, and that falling from 14p. My mind at first put that down to parties not getting their share warrants at 15p, possibly expecting CC to have reached 30p by then the SP fell to 7p, strange. To me with the current order book 50p should be absolute minimum. DYOR.

I agree LTI. We slipped behind on breakeven and 2025 is I believe the peak year on previous forecasts. So it all could be happening from October onwards. Although not likely to affect us Modi is cosying up to China and Japan it appears.

Morning Colour, poor wording, should have read profit from units after costs. In my opinion we must not go the way of Connode without already reaching breakeven. How much money is CC India scattering about internally. Breakeven should be the golden fleece, then go further. DYOR

A good question on other BB are we now making a profit per unit. Surely now is the time for us to break even. DYOR

Afternoon all, as we all know every time a forecast is made then reality is a year or two or more behind. I have just been reading 2022 and if you remove the time element the fundamentals are there. One correction to myself, I thought with RDSS 15 -22% at start went to L1 whereas it goes to Utility. The video is worth listening to in detail, the SP then 29p, contract prospects worth £1bn to CC, our engagement with Genus regarding Inhouse production which alone should have moved us beyond the 29p. all in all worth a listen to details. Thanks for that LTI. I think you see what I am getting at, when does the monthly, possibly £1.5m, payments start. Also was I correct in saying that RDSS starts get an up front payment. As we know there have been problems generally with residents resistance that's why I am thinking the other work, gov buildings, will now be underway to give assurance. CC could possibly ask MYSORE, for references as they were at the time delighted.

Morning all, thinking of Goa, is it the residential element that starts in December. In June/July I got the impression contract was about to start now. So are they doing the non residence (factories etc) from now to yearend, if so we should get an update in JCs first quarterly report, also cash should be flowing from SPV bank into Digismart.

Well Colour I must admit situation is complex but Goa contract is small. As CC is doing these other jobs for Intellismart surely they can do it for their own contract or is it financially more beneficial this way. After all that is what Intellismart does. Reading original RNS Digismart (us) was suppose to supply meters directly and layoff none core, now are laying off main core work. No doubt JC will be able to explain the reasoning.
