Gizmo, interesting. Assuming same person, price indicates buy, then why are so many shares available on market, not new shares, when only few in theory available. So was a dealer book building, then why was SP compressed.

My thoughts, CC made those increases in share recently. Which annoyed me, but on top issued warrants, all to the selected few. 15p was not reached and SP was marched down to 8p on small transactions, cheaper than 15p. Are we being mislead.

In past 1m order book = 28p divide by half for new shares = 14p multiply by 13 for new order book = 180p. So allowing for all other costs we should be over 100p. DYOR

It will be interesting to see how SP responds this week to this 7m share transaction, which came I think after close of hours/week. That amount on open market would need some confidence, determination and doing. Presumably does not read Colours column.

Colour, you like to quote negatives. However mull this over, 7m shares bought on the market. Not secret negotiations to add to CCs bank account. So using your valuations what idiot would put their hand in pocket and buy 7m shares which you say are about to fall off the cliff, would you. Reality comes into play, I think moves are afoot and we are about to take off. Don't keep getting the worry beads out. For you as well DYOR

Morning Colour, as ever disagree. Following your logic why would somebody buy 7m shares. I think also last week some were unable to buy in volume. No there is something going on and somebody knows. Are all of these tenders about to be offered out. Is CC already in possession of many. Did these 7m buys have to be declared before SP shoots through the roof.

Looking at pricing on 31/7, I think both were buys. So 7m shares purchased, if they had been bought in 10,000 lots that would have been 700 individual buys. Looking at the way SP was reduced down from 14p to 7p on very small transactions it makes you wonder what SP would have been like if 700 10ks buys had been listed, 150p perhaps. Many have said we are greatly under valued, so what is going on.

Now that is very interesting. Volume buying at very good price indeed. Not done lightly. I would be even more pleased if it was JC using some of the loans to buy-back for treasury.

Dreaming may be. Very secret squirrel, should have pushed SP past 15p. DYOR, but look carefully at these prices.

Thanks for that Jake, speaks for itself, basically a sub-letting meter. I came across it when reading Kimbal site. They are in with Intellismart and make their own meters. Appears that at present they only make 12m meters a year so unless they expand production rapidly they will be limited. They seem well in with Intellismart in Assam but there is room for all I think.

Jake, yes but very tasty. What do you know about the term Sub-Metering.

Morning Jake and Colour, that's the way I think of CC, a mushroom. For a small company it probably out grew it's asset value constantly, every time it was in position to perform for shareholders it had a setback (government) or decided it needed to expand (Connode). Normally beyond its means. Constantly making it weak and on the edge. This time however we have moved into the driving seat, where good money can be made. Colour I think CC has met enough obstacles in the field to make a good show of GOA. I thought Intellismart had moved on from us but apparently we appear more involved than ever.

Are we about to go forward in leaps and bounds. I have always asked for more PR and regular updates, possibly not convenient at the time. For JC to become emboldened with quarterly statements means to me that there will be a lot to report. This is probably going to be his moment.

With all that is going on it would be nice to see a turn the page online magazine, one page per location, with site work features, number progress, hiccups. Bring the company to life now that it is growing up. DYOR.

Good morning, looking at Finals, way down response we have 'open agreement with Intellismart' part of that was meter installation, if we are installing meters then we are well into Colours concerns about being capable of AMISP, that sounds very interesting.

I would bet even JC expected Goa to be underway by now. He needs to get CCIndia into action, that's what being AMISP (L1) is about. We are in the driving seat. Going along Colours line of thought, everybody in CC is on an earner EXCEPT shareholders. In FTSE100 it's the reverse, shareholders come first. Only if you can, put a bit of pressure on JC, a couple of 1m unit AMISPs and I am sure big money will flow. DYOR.

To me now is the time to buy with any loose cash. We were not expecting a good update due to delays but it was not that bad and results just delayed. CC is expanding fast; for a small company good prospects. DYOR

Morning Jake, not that bad. Was expecting a bit more meat on q1.26 as the goodies for 25 got shunted back. I think the drawn out negotiations of Goa does not help, probably normal. Mark ups in the 30% not bad, the much ones in Y3 I take it are the maintenance bit. Consumers resistance should have been anticipated more but would probably sell itself in wiping out outages. After all these years I still have good expectations for 26. If any advise I have to JC it's now pay special attention to shareholders otherwise there will be no SP improvement.

Morning Colour, good to know the only fault you highlight is the advanced lump sum, I thought that was part of the RDSS arrangement, obviously you think that it is not, may be somebody can advise me. Would not make much difference but be handy to have.

To me, as a layman, this is very good. 2 loans for the price of one ( interest), long pay back time. A lot of Goa stock probably already purchased, the initial Goa lump sum may have arrived, Digismart and CC are combined so main sub covered, of £70m contract possibly £50m coming monthly (around £2m p.m.), hopefully not many other subs. To me that's good. DYOR.
