Sorry disconnected. What gains are CC making, considering they must have laid out for R&D and AMISP entry

Recently CC said they were doing all these extra facilities for Intellismart. Why not GOA.

Thanks for that LTI. I still have a problem, apart from responsibility together with Digismart for overall contract CC will have no more hands on involvement involvement than they usually do in supplying Comms.

Thanks LTI. I must say this is not the way I understood the Goa contract. Digismart elevated to AMISP secured L1 Goa, CC was to have automatic Sub status to supply and install meters, gaining profit from Digismart and possibly better terms for meters. Then other Subs came in to do non core work.

Are we now suggesting that CC does no more than the usual supply of Comms. Or is there something I have Missed.

Morning Colour. LTI what is your observation on Colours comment of 11:15 re GOA.

Thanks LTI. Because of all the excitement with GOA I/we are expecting rapid updates. In near future that will probably happen but at present India is India and drags on and on.

Thanks for that LTI. A good report. I was going to attend but the previous year I got the impression it was a formality. CC is well in and progressing nicely.

Hello sandgrounded, if I can offer a view. JC has decided to publish more frequent updates, which suggests after all this time that he is very confident in what is to come. CC has never been big on assets, unlike Genus, being a Sub. It's surprising entry into AMISP has changed the ball game. I think the thing is to only allocate so much to R&D, expansion, etc ( Connode met a wall ). If we get a good proportion of that 10m AMISP tendering perhaps CC will go to monthly updates. At tops going on GOA if we got all bids that could equal £1bn gross revenue.

Hello LTI, there is certainly a lot happening. With Intellismart do we know exactly what is in process, sounds like we have a big involvement but how big. Obviously results will be in how many numbers we receive on the order books. Hopefully we will have some indication in the regular updates proposed. Its nice to be wanted but equally its nice to know what is being supplied and where. Together with these other services we are providing for Intellismart we need to know the volume of our bread and butter products we are providing for this massive order base.

Hello sandgrounded, JC has been reluctant in the past for commercial reasons but I recon he is now getting confident that India will roll out fast. I would like to see updates on each sites progress and figures. Possibly in the form of a newsletter. It is his suggestion so I think he is convinced he has hit pay dirt.

Only my thoughts but with all that is going on is now the time for CC to build a running commentary on all that is happening. There is so much in process compared to a few years back when when SP was 28p that to me logically we should be in excess of 50p. May be now we will stop running on an empty tank due to expansion. With GOA I wonder if the Dec installations referred to are after Feeders and Control Room, has the contract already started and will the monthly bank income already be in play. DYOR

Good point gizmo, it was interesting that Goa was quoted in GBP.

Probably better to keep money in Indian currency.

Food for thought. As final meetings on Goa were June/July I was expecting installations to start about July. As we are now going 5 months down the line what happens to the cash payments. As I understand it, any can correct me, the SPV bank pays Digismart one 27th per month, Digismart then distributes the amount. So now, does Digismart have roughly £2m x 5 = £10m sitting in the bank. Given the chance I would use some of that to buy back shares, perhaps not allowed.

One saving grace Colour, I think with this payment system Dimismart get their hands on the bank first, then pay out. Good find though. DYOR.

Colour, I don't know if we were involved in the original meter installation but providing these follow on orders gateway shows CCs perfect fit for the system. Now with our AMISP (India) capability we could well be offered any further whole system expansions. Just a thought.
