Morning harley, I am assuming my £15m was correct. Only a few years back PIs were holding millions of shares each, we consolidated and CC then compressed capital of150m shares, since then we went 180>220>300>350m so more than doubled. If CC is going to achieve 42p for starters then £5 would possibly X 5 and repay the loans. Unless I am not thinking this through we only have to cover supply only contracts. RDSS are self supporting with a bank included. DYOR.

Only my opinion. If we have £15m and a small savings deposit then whilst we are waiting and paying interest would it not be more productive to buy back £5m ( 75m shares ) into treasury to be released or cancelled may be next year when SP should logically up.

Good overview LTI. I would have expected higher SP starting points, considering the amount of extra capital that has been pumped in from most of us over the years. I am wondering if we will get an update on UK, even to come out clean after expenses and cost of Connode, heard nothing. Will CC get involved in UK changing from 3G to 4G. As an aside did get we any advantage out of employing a Director for the Americas. DYOR

Hi gizmo, so both Genus and HPL have fallen foul of rules. If CC keeps it's nose clean could do well.

Over last few months there has been some subtle buying but to get 16m while our backs are turned seems unbelievable. For a long time we have been saying there is something wrong, we should be off the charts with all the news and 180m contracts. The dealers must know why the price has been held when it should more likely be at 30 - 50p. CC must know what's going on, they are talking to Funds all the time. In with Esyasoft I feel we are in for the big time as long as CCI gets it's act together. DYOR

Are these sells, although small, designed to hold SP at this level. I would have thought the RNS would have started us back to 10p.

I agree Harley, very sneaky who ever has been building this book, keeping it within 10p, I would have thought that percentage would have put it way beyond 30p. Only my thoughts but buyer must have a killing in sight.

Hi Vas Wirepas appears to be our biggest RF competitor but at one time I think said they were not using gateways, which made them unique, now they are Inmeter. CC has now surmounted that hurdle so presumably back on equal footing. I wonder if they have our long-range 10km yet, considering India is so mountainous.

Morning LTI and Vas, my trouble is I do not keep records but rely on memory. My days of strictly complyingwith rules and orders are long past. My understanding of HPL is they are the biggest Smart meter co value wise, about 5 years back their product did not meet current requirement, they took a step back, re engineered, coupled with Wirpas and took off again. My memory and may not be correct or up to date.

It would be interesting Vas but I don't think we have done much business with them of late. LTI would probably know more.

Well Harley I think we are coming to the climax of India Smart, all being allocated close, as Utilities will not want to be left out if they see Discoms flourishing. I feel JC is confident of giving a very good speech, otherwise I should think he would have not approached giving more detail, more regularly. It could well catch some on the hope as there are not a lot of shares in the system anyway. Especially if CC consider a buyback at up to 10p, after all there is a lot in the kitty until December I should imagine. DYOR.

Hello Harley, probably not that simple. I suspect JC on changing direction towards Smart took himself into an arena of big boys and until now was constantly on the back foot. Saw India as the golden egg but had as many setbacks as forward moves due to moving goal posts. I feel with everything now in place and contracts awaited this is best it is going to get in India, if we get a chunk of these could end up £1bn company. DYOR.

Good for you Vas, it could all be happening soon. As you say not logical that SP is so low considering order book 10X greater than when 1m book was worth 29p. With AMISP and no apparent problem with funding I feel that any of the imminent awaited orders could achieve the 29p > poss 50p. DYOR.

That could well be the turning point Esyasoft involved. They are big and we appear to get on happily with them. DYOR.
