Well I must admit Colour, all eyes are on what JC pulls out of the hat before Nov 5th. As the call for funds involved 50% in shares which I recommended the outcome is key to early entry into completing contracts. The increased number will be passed because majority is with management etc whilst I was hoping for it to be an open offer, probably too risky.
I think that as against previous years there is a fair amount reaching completion, I think Anil will have something to reveal before meeting. Also keep a close eye on that India meeting on 30th Oct. India is stuck between latest technology, low price, quick implementation, early returns. I feel CC is the one in India at present to tick these boxes. The meters are made by reputable manufacturers who are using our RF internally, so you cannot get much better.

Hello ITT.. May be I am the wrong person to ask as I appear to be biased. Having said that I would go for about 8, purely because any float can have problems, but I think not, as JC has probably sussed out investors situation and is going in himself heavily, but in his mind guaranteed.
I see this as the last ever call and is primarily for expansion as you can't run on nothing, makes you too vulnerable.
In the past several times I have thought this is the time but a Government requirement is changed and its here we go again. However this time big Indian meters manufacturers are taking our software into their meters and that is a risk if it went wrong but obviously they have tested and tested it and it suits their need perfectly. This coming Indian meeting on 30th Oct will I feel engage us with large Utilities, States and manufacturers. I feel we are on the way. (Bit long winded).

Colour I have just flashed over your comment regarding 900,000 flagged up as sell which you thought was probably a buy.
It could have been you being sardonic but was it that you are changing camp and want SP to rise. Just may be you considered that SP had fallen low enough to jump in big time to make up losses of years ago and that CC is heading for pastures green. Just a thought.

Well Bamby and Colour I think that you have shot yourselves in the foot. That was an adequate presentation, timing is running slightly longer and circumstances have changed regarding UK but all in all not bad.
We will have to wait and see what JC produces in coming weeks but I think it is about to kick off.

Just to finish on a happy note today. As I see it if CC declares another order, and there is every chance, of say £10m. with or without cash in the bank by Nov 5th then we should be achieving 20-25p SP. This would point everybody in the right direction. A bit like Brexit.

Thinking about the funding generally, many many people buy/sell on directors dealings. In the past JC has probably had a mix, sometimes saw light at the of the tunnel and on others for bailing out.
In this case I think he sees very good times ahead. I believe he could have arranged a loan but thought 'we are on the up so the gang and I will participate'. Notice JC's 1m shares at 10p less any tax perks keeps his percentage of CC roughly the same.
From an onlookers point of view I would say that this directors purchase round is very positive. If JC had any doubts he would have sought funding elsewhere.

Also of course we could be offered being live in all SMETS2 as back haul, £260m, but I seem to remember saying that about 2 years ago to your hysterics, and possibly if upgraded now to IoT could be considerably more. On top of all our other incomes we have of course our old faithful SMETS2 UK. Designed to earn us £27m with 10% of the installations but now expected to need to rise to 30% returning £75m. So all in all I think it is going to be an extremely good year. You cannot say that often on AIM.

No, this is the beginning of the expansion stage which should have started 2 years ago, this is all hands to the pump situation where once the Indian utilities get a scent of 100% workable, low priced, quick to implement, early returns which will pay for rest of roll-out, solution they will go for it. As they keep saying 'you had to be there' to sense Anil's enthusiasm, he could not believe it himself and the speed that recent sales, implementation and re-orders have taken place is remarkable for India.

There is bound to be an RNS before Nov 5th just to improve the discount, you know it makes sense.
My eye is currently on the Oct 30th, India meeting where I think CC stands a good chance of securing several large orders.

Give up 2cv.. Colour always turns it to you know nothing. Sad fact for Colour is that CC has turned the corner and is on the way up, quickly. Colour must have been one of the very long term holders, when losses were incurred and has not got over it. He will be even more narked when SP rises sharply and he vanity STOPS him from buying in.
