The Open Offer survived but was close. If the earlier jump to SP15p, looking at a possible 20p had occurred then at 10p it would have sailed through but 12p was pushing luck. Anyway onwards and upwards.
These moves were looking for an early break-even then its all systems go.

Thanks LTI.. As with Colour did not expect earth shattering news but confirmation that everything was on course and Funding secured. In next few weeks may get new extensions to these new fast moving contracts.

I have been dodging in and out today and not reading properly.
His commitment is to £100, 000 even if cut back on open offer allocation and not an underwrite,
however the open offer is a small element of funding and is only a token gesture.
I was hoping the open offer would be the largest proportion but risky I must admit.

ITT, did it say there that Powers would buy up short fall of Open Offer.

To be frank doing my various little bits of researching I would, if I had any large liquid assets at this time, buy into CC before meeting, they are low because of uncertainty but will not be after conclusion.
It's just a feeling but a strong one. The product, on it's own, is going to be desired by many companies because it fills a gap at probably very little cost, all the work having done.
Genus and L+T would bid along with many others. Just my thoughts.

ITT, I thought I read that any slack in take up of open offer Powers would buy up. I think to £100,000.
All the rest, with Funds and JC etc were obviously signed off before JC went in this direction.
CC is now starting off along a very long profitable road and this funding is working capital to see us through.

Hello Colour.. Yes, generally various resolutions which have already been agreed by the majority stakeholders (normal) and an update. In the past excitement has been raised when the likes of Iran, TATA Mumbai and these contracts are highlighted.
To give JC his due when opportunities like Connode and leasing have come up he has moved quickly as these kept us in the game considering we were exceedingly small.
I may be wrong but this situation feels decided different. Anil, a good negotiator comes on board with his many contacts, the new Omni is developed which he could not hold back his 'snatch your arm off' bounciness and the very pertinent fact that the BOD staked their bonuses on year-end.
CC is a company that got taken into the arena on the big boys and was always hungry for cash but this in my opinion is the turning point. There has to be a 'what if' scenario and that is if it does not happen then we will be taken out as the product is good and large meters are already interested having embedded CC in their stock.
I feel that we have several openings around the world and this new Omni is the 'bees knees' so CC will rapidly rise.

I bet those last 2 big sells were in fact buys by Greengrass. Hope your mates can see your deviousness. Hey Greengrass money counts.
I will be watching closely on Monday as JC will no doubt give us an update as detailed as he can.

Hello Colour.. You do come out with some rubbish. Anybody can pull bad and good experiences out of AIM, they are just that, everyone is different. I would not imagine this risk ratio on FTSE100.but that is why its on AIM.

Buys 634,338 Sells 100,750.
If it had been the reverse would likely to have fallen with those numbers.

Hello Bamby.. I take it you did not have the intelligence to link Smithfield Meat Market. Never mind, you could select any number of AIM with the same storey, that is what it is all about. The fact is that after many years of R&D costs CC is starting to get contracts and its latest Omni is attracting wide attention.
UK, Europe, India, Iran, Bangladesh etc.etc.
I was hoping for a further update before 5th Nov but we will probably learn more then.

I think CC is on the cusp of great things, after all this time, Anil seems to know his stuff and look at the company he came from and he is Indian, which is the key word at present. The last lot of funding we are told is for expansion and I beleive that is about 90% true.
Buy now Bamby, you have more sense than not to, no matter what you say in print.

Pricing today did not reflect activity. Big buys were not shown in fundamentals column. Makes you wonder what dealers are up to.
I still think 12 to 15p by Nov 5th. but probably wrong and Colour will let me know..

Looking at my chart CC should be bouncing back to 12+ > 15p. before Nov 5th meeting.
I think this is doable with the new contracts, SMETS2 start and lower in house costs.
Does not give it long but there been no adverse situations in last week.
