Hello jake.. As has been said JC is not giving a lot of detail. Did not quite see your logic but to my view the Canopy system has caught the eye of the policy makers, they have shown great interest in Indore, they had previously showcased Mysore, CC is probably still the cheapest (important) in this field and Omni works. That requires an OMG as somebody said it would never work. Next few months should bring results. JC has probably been forced to give this LOI but it just awaits final details.

Hello jake.. I think the main concern is, has Genus got the contract signed. If the main contract named CC in its submission then I cannot see it being changed.
The next denigration will be that it is a small contract but I believe it is not as it involves Head-end, I take it CC may well be the lead similar to Mysore.
CC went for leasing which is more long term if they can get these previous contracts signed off, new ones possibly from EESL, updates from SMETS2 and any more info re BI then it could be a good New Year.

Is somebody in the know regarding next RNS. We had this flourish of buying last month which did not last but I feel that with the changes in circumstance in India this time the people in the know, mainly employees are about to make good any past losses. Newbies will probably do well because of the low start point.
Yesterdays 8m buys should have reached an SP of 3p. compared to what triggered recent drops. I think Greengrass is right that there will be an RNS possibly Monday.

ITT.. Don't worry about Cyan team but what they are doing.
Keep close eye on takeover or MBO.
It's not always the front runners to watch.

Hello tony.s.. The only trouble with this select group its that apart from being told of the closed shop, nothing more. I have mentioned this division of high level companies including CC.
CC should now update us on what is envisaged as the outcome of this new venture.
That would set matters right and make shareholders and onlookers aware of the prospects.

LTI, thanks for that. Trouble is over the years these things have not played out and we are at this stage.
However if these contracts get signed and the EESL division starts to bear fruit and of course UK start to round the bend then things could still turn out pretty good.
I think the worry amongst the brethren last time an urgent announcement had to be made re SP was that it was left far too late. This time will there even be one.
As we know Itron bought a Smart RF so is somebody else looking. At this price a snip.
Now is the time for a statement from CC.
