Hello Vas.. I don't think you are quite with stocks. To me the SP is running normally, buying and selling. What makes you think the ones who are buying are then selling because they are nervous. The sellers have probably made a (very) small profit. They are not all listening to Colour, some are mind you.
If SP starts to bounce 5>10>20p etc there will be a lot of seesawing.
People bought in the 5p to 10p range earlier in year.

The question was raised recently, is the 3.3m all of our section of contract, I got the answer YES, so on you push to find another reason for not being grateful that CC is in the India Boat and respected. This all comes back to feeling EESL was the bees knees and CC could forget India. Well CC is in and guess who with EESL, now you would not think that possible but it is. Ask JC these PERTINENT questions of yours, he's very cooperative, then you can set your mind at ease.

Looking holistically CC has been called into the Magic Circle, that's not going to happen if there are niggling doubts, if CC is that valuable to speed things along then EESL or US fund will solve these minor irritations.

Anil was conservative in his last summary. My logic, and I may well be wrong, is that PM Modi now wants to get on. All around the world 'notspots' cause some degree of troubles. If CC can produce a multi-platformed link between devices and an RF link that could be used for 'notspots' and also link up to 12km distance and at a good price then whats not to like.
As soon as these contracts are signed off the SP will get underway.
Apart from any contracts that CC's creates as lead installer to get just 10% (notspots) of India's 250m is 25m units.
Without getting too excited I feel that Anil is well in and respected.

Vas, my logic is that there are certainly things moving but this southern contract may have come out of turn as an early completion following Indore and Genus's obvious satisfaction with CC's omni/IoT which opens up the field.
Colour, I can't see a significant 31/12 return although JC thought it possible, hence a new YE date. Having said that I can feel optimistic about these coming 3 months. We have had these setbacks in past but I feel with the full term of the next Modi Government there is sufficient time as the ground work is done and EESL have a direction.

Well my reading is it starts in January20 and we start getting paid from then on as it goes online by the meter.
It does not necessarily say all that, so we have moved on from does it mean CC part of contract is 3.3m, ans Yes to when will we be getting first payment. Well before you find something else to moan about it might pay for JC to clarify this point now.

Hello Strong, I have averaged over time and would not pull out now.
I don't know if you are in or out but we are now reaching the climax, albeit 3 years later than expected.

General comment, long termers have seen the ups and downs of CC over a long time but I think with the Advanced Omni we have struck a positive note with EESL and the Ministry. I feel CC will build from here on.
UK will come out on top in short time and I would like an update on BI which could turn out to be a big earner.
That said we all have our own opinions but I would not be wasting my time here if I had any doubts of outcome.

Taking a more philosophical view, India has always been a headache from a completion angle, various states having there own agenda, EESL then came along to unify and finance country. In their early days they issued contracts to unskilled meter companies on a price basis, that era has passed, the Government wants Smart, Indore (CC) has caught the eye, if CC can survive these next few months of paperwork delays then we should do well.
In the meantime UK looks to be rolling out well so the 500k should be covered then it may be a return of 4mGBP per year.

Morning Woolley.. If I heard it correctly, contract to be signed in Jan20, work starting then, 80% of contract will be payable as installation, hope fully on a rolling basis, completed in 2 years, Canopy can accommodate 200,000; costs per month reducing to 375k.
If this is one of many then 2020 could be good.
