Most contracts have to be completed to get payment and larger companies can weather that, JC has done well to get considerations from Genus, BI, and now hopefully others.

You and the gang can see the whole of the Indian energy landscape changing. CC RF is in and it remains to be seen how far in. Now EESL is moving to other countries the opportunities are going to multiply.

ITT, you are funny, only occasionally. That's an opening contract, most will start that way, then mushroom (Canopy) and lead to other requirements, as Indore. You could even find CC suites other parts of Transmission, transformers etc, where quick links are useful to prevent Outages.

Well StIves, that certainly complicates things. Back to basics, when these units are produced, and do not forget CC RF is embedde, it doesn't cost hardly anything, it is Software. CC's line of credit is running costs i.e. a loan by any other name.
CC will not be pushed for any payments whilst these meters are being produced and pay for themfrom Genus contract..
Bottom line on this is Genus have embedded CC RF in their units, which they need, so are not going to look elsewhere especially as EESL want it.
My guess is CC RF will spread like wildfire, as a backup or as main connection, India after all the f*****g about want to get on with it and fast. A lot of work there for CC.

If I remember the negators did not think that likely. Well up front credit is the same as a loan. CC did well to achieve that with Genus and now it will become the norm, basically it is an advanced payment. CC has the vital component for the 'notspot' final connection in Indian market and other facilities like HeadEnd. Genus and all could go to other RF sources but CC RF has proved itself and they do not have to think beyond that to solve their problem.
JC has worked hard to achieve this position and I am sure it will now payoff big time.

Well Bull we differ there, India is opening up to outside companies, it wants million upon million of Smart meters in a short space of time. Of course it supports its home manufacturers but it has set itself an almost impossible target, so it will not be ignoring home talent by going outside. Equally it will not be running a security risk with CC RF.
We none of us know what is happening at present with BI but if they are spending money on an factory extension they must be serious..

Well, you read as I did that BI had to create a new factory section. I think that was Q3,Q4 then the CC RF had to be tested for compatibility, so now it should be underway, I hope to see a newsletter from JC to that effect.
Of course if EESL need the amount of meters in 3 years that are intended then possibly BI will have a customer there.
There is a lot going and CC only needs part of it to be comfortable, more than that will be great.

Colour, always thought ARM did very very well by Softbank and I think they thought they paid over top afterwards.
There is no way you can extrapolate figures from their performance. I held ARM years ago and certainly they were not looking massive at that time.
