Hello Vas.. You know as well as me that India has stood on its head over the years regarding SMART but now it is getting underway. There has been several about faces, from Mumbai (Tata) to Mysore (Genus), Government decisions have been delayed time after time. You cannot blame CC if Indian Government plans change. They have now got their act together and realise they must push on fast to compete with China.
I feel this is the turning point for CC RF. I have been at loggerheads with Colour over a long period and feel that he just cannot face having to rethink his anti CC attitude. In the early stages of Smart CC achieved some contracts but I feel Eastern Governments kept getting cold feet wanting the very latest at knock down prices.
Contracts take a while to negotiate with paper pushing round depts in India.
Anybody new to BB should look up Indore and Mysore. These are showcase pilots and extensions, visited by most of the Utilities, Government Depts in India. As result CyanConnode, a small company, has been invited to the Big Table by EESL of Indian Government. This closed shop Forum is meeting every few weeks (unusual in India) and looks like CyanConnode is likely to get a bulk order. Colour praises EESL but denigrates CC, however it was EESL who purposely invited CC into the group.

I think we are wasting our breath.. We will not know the financial situation until 31st March. and then perhaps not fully.
I am sure that at the time of statement JC thought the outstanding contracts would be signed before or on 31st Oct.
As we all know from years of experience life is not like that in India. Delayed or not these contracts will secure bank account. Now this call to the round table is an entirely different matter. For it to be said that we might be in the running for a bulk order from EESL via Genus for CC RF, which is a meter requirement and the good reports from Indore Utility means a continuous order for may be 3 years. This after you, Colour, said Omni was old hat (not your precise words no doubt but strong enough meaning) and CC was out of picture with EESL on scene.
Now CC and EESL and others are talking over the table and implementing CC RF.
Colour, do you still stand by your line of reasoning when the evidence is strongly pointing the other way.

Hello LTI.. Only your opinion but very deep??. Who knows what stocks are held, when they were paid for and what contracts were signed. JC generally laid out income in coming months to 31st Dec, then as we know contract signing overran but that was all, so logically that delay shunts back into Jan, Feb etc..
Were there any aspects that you know of that changed other financial forecasts.

Colour, clueless, LOL, the clues are there together with the risks. If India, BI, UK keep moving forward there is good hope in next 3 months. This is AIM and the risk is always there but upside is strong depending on these signings.
Trouble is you never see a good side, unusual for a share holder.
Vas.. Keep your cool, wait this short time, after all the long times, if it doesn't work you will not have lost a lot more, if it works then it is big time. We all know product is good, NOT always said for AIM, it is a matter of getting it pushed through Indian red tape.

Hello Vas.. I like the comparison. Usually I would say not, CC got an exception with BI, probably do not get money from Genus for embedding but when connected. Having said that providing the contract starts early, say January, SP normally responds with the potential in sight.

Well I have just come onto site and that question seems a bit whakey, I don't know if Pedro was star gazing but if CC RF is included in EESL January contracts who knows how much they would be for, just embedded in leading Meters for another company to install or as I think with Indore the lead. Grasping at straws there Vas.
I would like an update on BI and UK but Iran etc seem to be on hold for a while.
I think India has seen the light and got the bit between its teeth. A Governments new term in office soons erodes so Modi will want to push and they at last seem to have a system (Indore) that they can work with and Utilities start to recover money, EESL is not going to let that go. So down to what Bulk order EESL is looking at, what say you Colour.

Of course if all these deals to go through you will then be saying that there is no money coming in from them because they are leases. Doom and gloom. 2020 has all the makings of all being a very prosperous year for CC.

Interesting LTI.. If some positive statements come out with the start of New Year I would not be surprised to see 5p for beginning of climb back to 30p.
You can feel this whole roll out now hotting up. If Indore is now the Hall Mark, with the Utility pleased and wanting to expand quickly, this self financing approach cutting down on losses, and leasing, is going to be rapidly adopted.
If all this comes about then some Big Funds could well take note. May be CanAccord back.

Well Colour just shows how wrong you can be. It was very authoritarian/uniformed but you had your say, in fact I think I was the only senior rank effective in the union at the time.
Back to energy, I am championing CC because I feel it has a long way to go, albeit that the starting pistol has got jammed a few times, I think India is now waking up to the idea that its theories about competing with China have to be put into real life fast. Along with that the population will place great demands on being part of the modern world.
I know that these are only my views but I see the whole of India's energy from Generator to user being modernised and CC at this time playing a big part in it. I still see the Matrix System of linked DCU's throughout India working, at not too great a cost considering the Security it would bring with it.
Christmas finished, too much time on my hands,LOL.

Well Seawolf, we have all sat on this share for a long time and due some good times.
Even Colour may be smiling in Q1, annoying but keeps you thinking.

Colour, I think that you are loosing sight of the new big picture, EESL began to realise that although the idea of bulk buying would lower price per unit they did not originally have manufacturers for millions upon millions. Main suppliers like Genus etc are now in the frame. They and probably L+T have the new advanced CC Omni embed in their meters and it works very well. CC RF would not have been called to the big table unless 'showcased' and observed and recommended. Small company may be but right product and for once in the right place.

Colour, I did ask if it was plausible to have say 10km link across India as a Matrix especially as it would be secure.
I was told it was so who knows what will come forth, Pedro has the right ideas and hopefully a bit of info.

What do you make of EESL CC forum, that is as a CC shareholder. Do you think CC RF is going to be adopted throughout India. Will CC be a valued member of the India energy hierarchy.

Apart from the weak reason of tying up with CC India's Y/E it was obvious that the Oct contracts were taking longer, that was the reason.
I don't want to prolong the agony but what are your thoughts on EESL inviting CC into the pack.

Colour, I am not strong on fine detail as you say, primarily too fine detail creates negative thoughts.
I had a friend who studied the horses; the year, left or right run courses, all of pedigrees, his wins were about 70% so for him good but with so many of his races he analysed so deeply that no horse was going to win. So after all that work he did not back one, now logic says that's somebody is going to win. I think that is you, no matter what is disclosed you have a negative.
Right, to me JC had calculated the contracts were going to be signed off before end of Oct, however as usual they were not. However in the meantime CC is invited to the EESL/India Gov round table to consider a possible use of CC, not a decision taken lightly but possibly because Schneider was involved.
So may be this Southern 3.3m was additional and as Vas thought we are still awaiting the other contracts to be signed off. Rolling it all together likely good results from India, UK getting underway to stabilise accounts and just may be a video similar to last one to give in depth update on BI.

Colour, you know why Y/E was pushed down the road. India is a bit slow in organisation, having said that UK is no better.
Dates are set and then put back but these dates are tightening up. I feel CC will be in a good position by 31st March and well in with your favourites, EESL.
