BT have a huge number of telephone exchanges with racks of equipment lit by tube lights left on by engineers. APC should chase that contract. And the equipment generates heat that A should be reduced, B should be redistributed to other parts of the building to reduce heating costs.

I would agree, with a 20m existing turnover the LED part of the business needs a RNS like this every month to be newsworthy. The component distribution business has allways been the steady earner. The various decisions of minimize need to earn thier keep. Morrisons, Canary Wharf , Post Office, London fire Brigade. It needs to be 500 sites, not 18. I have note noticed any earnings from the water side of the business yet. They need to get the contract to LED BT's telephone exchanges. There are thousands of them!

The got it so wrong! I have been watching the SuperDry shops. Trade is good, people are wearing the stuff, it's in the other retailers Xmas adverts, I saw someone on location location wearing a SuperDry top. In the pub at our Xmas meal I spotted 4 peices of SuperDry clothing. You wear your favourite stuff to such events. I looked on thier website and I was impressed at the huge range. I feel they have momentum, they have a range that can sustain customers need for something new again and again. Sadly I'm out of the share at the moment as I needed the money for another transaction but I will be putting them back in my portfolio for the mid term. The USA market is huge and still to come.

I think you are right. I feel that a Twitter feed and to much posting of stories with little substance can damage a share. This share needs to ballance the books, find its hot and cold spots. The cold spots need fixing or axing. Then it needs to get fists full of profitable contract wins on the minimize side. (Or sell some of that side) Today I sold the last of my £12k holding after having posts deleted.

Any post that points out things that could have been better on this share get removed I don't mind anyone finding a good news story. Or for that matter a bad news story. The balance of the news is required to make an informed decision. I'm quite annoyed that any balance is removed. this post will probobly be removed too.

I can't understand why the share price hasn't gone down further? No buys since the 18th. Other shares I own go down when there are twice as many buys as sells... Oh well!

Can I pick up another point. You haven lost anything until you sell? There comes a point where a devaluation in mcap becomes unrecoverable within a realistic timescale. You can see that in Tesco. In QPP 90% of the company has been sold. If you had a 8 cylinder Aston Martin capable of 200mph you cannot chop off 7 cylinders and retune the remaining cylinder to achieve the same speed. That speed is unrecoverable. I had Bt shares worth £17.00. Then BT paid stupid sums for the 3G licences. The share price fell to under 50p It's been a long road back to £3. It is only a. Paper loss if the company have prospects that haven't changed. If the loss is down to a material change in the market or the companies assets or prospects it's a real loss. You are better to reavaluate your investment. Either buying more of the shares at a bargain price or picking your exit route.

Forest, I think the market has misvalued this share. So for 99p you are getting 90p dec31 Plus 1 share for every 10 you own which will pay out £1 There is also the hearing loss cases and escrow that will more than cover the potential court case and liabilities So the tricky bit starts is valuing the remaining share. We have a telemetrics company with cash in the bank still, stock in the warehouse, and a turnover in profit. In all this noise I am not sure how well the business is set up to expand and develop in a crowded market. It is clear the remaining business is worth something. It may take 12-24 months to prove its worth. I have a strange feeling that after the share consolidation the share will trade below the £1 that will be given back in 2016.

I would think as they are consolidation your shares, ie returning 9/10 shares it would count as sale of 9/10 shares. So for CGT It would be right to declare your purchase price (what ever you paid) and sale price of 90p per share. You might choose to use. Your CGT gain or loss to dispose of some other shares to make the most of your £11k allowance.
