It's not exactly new, I sold my house with "the little house company" ten years ago for about £500. The main agents squeezed them out or bought them out. There is a London company "house simple" doing the same too. The price gap is rediculous. £500 -£5k to sell the same house

I agree that Howden has a high price. However what were the brokers expecting? They are growing in a sustainable rather than a boom and bust. The market seams to demand redulous increases in profits that only come with over expansion. One thing that only fools do in the construction industry.. I want them to do exactly as they are doing. Open a few depots each year, mature the ones they have. Gently increase profits year by year.

I'm afraid I averaged down to my investment limit for one share months ago to see deeper and deeper losses. I am at an average of 30.23p. To average down I would need to risk about £8k above my limits. I would also need to sell shares that I want to keep.

I regret buying this share. MR is good at working the press. However if you look back through the press articles on the the top of this page he is always looking to a bright new future in another direction. It was bug resistant keyboards, LED lighting, heating controls, water, he has bought , bought and bought again. He reminds me of myself! Too many projects, the thing is I am not spending your money! I would sell but I'm 60% down. I would average down but I'm up to my cap for this share..
