I have very little left here, I sold 90%. I would agree they are a long way from recovering the business. Minimize is now a minor mention. However, the market cap is now lower than the assets. The P/E ratio is around 7. If they turn the business around those numbers may well get top heavy.

My perception was £1 now, first trance + there was future value that may com later from the escrow and hearing losses. Then the escrow money was promised to cover the legal action, the hearing losses look to be viable. I feel the promises to pay at least £1 on the vote to sell off to SG may have been compromised. If so I will write directly to the high court expressing my opinions. One might have expected the new board to be mindful of thier previous promises and the voting !,

I agree we need the board to concentrate on building the future quinedell. It is one thing putting up "Quindell is changing " on the website. But I might have expected them to start laying out the stall by now.

The precise amount of any distribution to shareholders has not yet been determined but the Directors expect that, in aggregate, the initial tranche will be at least £1 per share and up to a maximum of £500 million in total. The distribution will be payable to shareholders at that time and the relevant record date will be published in advance of the capital return. 11may rns

I'm afraid i sold out first thing this morning. As a genuine investor. I can't see where the recovery is coming from. I don't see enough contracts information. My post this morning got "lost" This is the first share I have taken a heavy loss on. Bye

I'm significantly down on this share. I think there is a couple of profitable businesses in there. .... However, under Mark Robinson he was building this huge one stop Eco vanity project. He might be a genius ahead of his time? However the market just wants cheap LED lighting at this time. Also the orders have not rolled in as promised. We have a new leader but MR is still there. I'm not sure if that's good or bad! If the orders that they couldn't deliver on time come good, if it was just supply chain glitches then this business could give great returns. If the new leader can get the buisssness under control and complement MR's skills we could see some return of the share price. At the moment, at this very cheap price , no one is buying. My shares are in the bottom draw. I have averaged down and still lost again! I have lost too much to sell. As for the brokers notes! Pie in the sky!

I really hope so. We need a set of contracts, momentum and good financial update.

HWDN have been buying back thier own shares and by my calculation buying 200,000 shares a day they should have amassed 8.5m shares or 1.3% of the total shares (651m) Strangely the market price has not responded to this.

I don't see we are getting good value from our board/broker/nomad. With only £1600 traded this morning so far!

As I posted about 6 months ago, the LED lighting is exciting, the customers and not just the accountants like it. The rest of the minimise packages are noble but a hard sell. I know because I did my house LED's everywhere . And water butts every where. And a pipe from the water butts down to my veg patch, yes I can hear your eyes glazing over already! I even used an 80l wheels bin as a water butt, (yes I'm mad) The world is just not excited by saving water! People love my pir activated led lit cupboards!

I just hope they have plenty more cases like this. We were told that they were not going to be so reliant on one customer. So if he saves 400k per year and it's a 25 month ROI, I guess this is a £833k contract.

I disagree, MR failed to hire the right people, he was too busy working on his next acquisition. Too busy to watch costs, delivery, or hire the right people to do that for him.

I think MR was great with the vision, however he is a project starter, builder, not a finisher. I'm not sure when. He would ever end building and convert that to making money. I hope for everyone that the costs and delivery come back under control. That the sales news comes in. That if necessary far flung projects are ended to concentrate on the core projects.

The 4k was me. Doubling my shares to average down. Even so I'm still in at 18p average nearly 14k I hope I haven't made a bigger mistake.

I have averaged down from 45p, then 26p, then 16p... I can't see a way forward this year with MR at the helm.

MR can't deliver the product, 2 sections of the company are missing targets, he allways needs more money... But he can allways afford to buy new bits into the company.... 45p down to 16p.... Livid
