We have ongoing HH planning application which could take 3-9 months from dec18.
Arreton3 application will be submitted in the next 10 weeks and take 16-26 weeks to go to council
Godley Bridge 10 weeks to submit 16-26 weeks (maybe longer , it’s surrey!)
HH2 rig arrives spring... March April?
HH1z March April ?
Arreton South planning submit April -May , then 16-26 weeks to council
Broadford Bridge sidetrack planning needs to be submitted June-July for drill Jan 2020?

I have read this study a number of times over the last few years. I would love to sit down with coffee and cake with Ian West and discuss what the Weald basin discoveries affects these studies. I wonder if rocks they believed to be uncooked could be mature. Is the well site by my house the next HH? Should we put a well in the middle of the Hampshire cricket ground? Can we retrieve the core samples from the Southampton Geothermal project and get them re-examined. Knowing what we know today.

A planning application is not complete till it’s signed off and stamped. Be that delegated powers, or by committee and an official stamped copy issued.

So as there is a planning application, can we have an appology please?

It’s true that terrilian do not get any oil revenues until the development costs are repaid to the members of HHDL.
Therefore initially , UKOG are due 71.9% of oil revenues.
However I suspect they are being saved up to fund the next rig.
We may not see the income on the main ballance sheet, it might be under monies owed.

There were estimates of oil in place per km in the Weald basin for Portland and kimmeridge in 2916 by sclumberger and then nutech. But these estimates not include the shales in between the limestones.

Anyway the oil in place figures are very likly to increase significantly. Also we assumed conservative recovery rates.
The extensive testing will give much more reliable data and again I expect an upgrade.

The planning application was prepared in the summer and had to guess what the results were. We really don’t know the flow rates from the new wells or side tracks but we are starting to get info that the reserves figures will increase as they did not count the shales between the limestones.

Ok... so if Balcombe overwhelmed the separator , where are the barrels of oil.
So no one is allowed to put an alternative view to Alan? The man who wants people to do research.

Balcombe did not flow any quantity of oil that could be reasonable be measured in barrels. Or a time be quoted.
The reading given was a peak flow meter. It could have been seconds .
Read the RNSs, read between the lines...

Balcombe is an “ easy fix “ a bigger pipe and bigger separator ....
This comes from the man who said Lidsey just needed a new pump, then it was a hole in the straw.

Why do other companies spend months testing and designing wells when you can rush in and potentially ruin them?
Balcombe needs to be done properly with proper funding. Also planning consent for all the kit you will need.
