If you had followed this story and done reasonable research..... there has been a huge amount of research within the business case on market demand and future prices for poly4 and it’s advantages over the competitors. The impact of other suppliers in the price. The market is worldwide and this product superior due to low salt levels. There are pre-sale agreements in place in numourous RNS’s..
People would not be drilling an amazing mine , investing billions or tunneling without doing some research.

I can assure you I have significantly better fortune with shares.but not by running round these boards following the pack. Look at the ones that were popular, ctag 88e, qpp/watchstone, etc etc,
I look for a company with a plan, not a windfall.
I mad proper money on BT, recognition systems, Sxx , UKOG , GBG , HL even a bit on ANGS
I lost on QPP, RRL, and a load of other.
I now avoid the herd.

We bought the flat just to have a safe home for her dad. But as an investment? I would say the returns were poor especially when you add in the time that has been pit in.
I forgot to mention the £8k refurbishment costs.
On the plus side the £600 per month does actually pay some bills. Around £200 goes on the flat mortgage and running costs..

We bought a flat for Tracey’s dad costing 142k. It’s probobly only worth 175k today 19 years later.
We now have to extend the lease at 22k because they moved the goal posts on what can be mortgaged
Sadly dad no longer lives there and we have a very nice tenant. However she is still high maintance.
Locking her self out, breaking door handles. Stupid things!
Because we have a second property we are ineligible for means tested benefits , something to concider should you be unwell. You can’t just sell a flat over night.. your money is not liquid

The government wants us to become social landlords with 3 year leases, mollycoddling our tenants with Tripple glazing eco this and that , better things than we can afford for our own home.
Legislation, keeping the electrics and gas upto date, not to mention the glass, smoke alarms, buildings insurance more than our house and contents..

When our tenant moves I can assure you it will be on the market!

o Determine the gas oil ratio (GOR) of production from the Well;

o Collect and analyse Well oil, gas and water samples; and

o Measure and record Well shut-in bottom hole pressure over approximately one month.

I believe that now the deal with DOR is complete then there will be a change of operator of HH from HHDL to UKOG and possibly acquisition of the rest of HH? OGA approval would be required. But as HHDL are using UKOGs experts and SS is chair of both companies I don’t think that would be an issue as long as all the paperwork and responsibilities were clear.

The tankers leaving now are just piffle to what’s below the surface.
We are expecting the financial results around the end of March. Generally if results are good companies report early.
If they are poor then on the final deadline. I think they will put the CPR out followed by results.
Then they can take their options and then the rig can start HH2...
That way there will be a 2 week period where all privileged info is reported to the market...

It’s not lost on me. I note SS keeps mentioning Perenco Hamble. I’m sure there is a significant reason why. They have cash. They have a reputation for working the Dorset oil field with great sensitivity to the area. They would make great partners.

Seriously, I go to HH for some peace and quiet!

I have 320 houses being built behind me... so far I have had 5 years of planning battles, a year of knot weed excavations, land leveling, earth moving, installing land drains, a proposed car park to social housing because of tree roots to a tree that no longer exists.
We have low loaders and seismic monsters off loaded out side our home. And an unsalable house for the last 5 years.
I would welcome the completion of the house to be built behind us but not a ounce of the foundations has been poured.
I would much rather have a UKOG well site!

My point is that valid planning reasons are the only thing that cut the mustard. If the town planners get it wrong a quality appeal and descent planning inspector will see through the noise.
If ninetails want housing he neeeds to get the agricultural land reassessed and downgraded.
If the land is no longer grade 3a or above, or if the land slope is higher.
If he is building on less than 10ha?
Using the latest NPPF rules and a good planning agent is key.

Oil wells and housing? Rules are rules. You meet them or you don’t.
If our application is well written and meets policy it will pass, wether there are 3 or 30,000 objections

I stopped a 320 house development because it claimed to be on derelict farm land. I got the agricultural land classification map and proved that more than 19ha of grade 3a farm land would be lost
The developer then redesigned the estate at appeal and claimed that the verges could be dug up in times of crisis such as war to grow vegetables and won the appeal !

The next development in the next door field initially rejected at local planning, claimed to be hinterland. The edge of the city. We proved you could not see see the urban things like stations and hospitals and that appeal was thrown out.

If we had a “local plan” they would not have been able to build on farm land.

1 person with a valid planning objection that cannot be resolved can stop an application.
Sometimes a valid objection is overruled on the balance of public interest
