I'm so grateful for the filter, the forum is littered with filtered posts this morning Del, I wonder who they could be?!!! so much better without them. Plus, the real added bonus, it means your AGM questions remain in view when IKN/DR and associated others are filtered. FANTASTIC ;)

Surasblazes you have quoted this 'Greatland will continue to report periodically on its own ongoing exploration activities’. so is this a hint that Hav is going to be bought out by Newmont? and we will be concentrating in the main on the JV with Rio which potentially could be very lucrative to us bearing in mind the percentage split there? I'm confused also.

Think it best to put IKN and DR on filter Del, plus everyone else do so also, it makes for a quieter life, as no one will answer them! It's been quieter since I had IKN on filter, but then again, both he and his alter ego DR were both absent for the weekend, so doesn't that tell you something anyway?

DR answer me this, if the Company are disputing that Queeld own their shares, as you seem to portray, then why do the Company have Queeld listed as the owners of those 307+ million shares, against their name of the investors page?

They own the shares, they are entitled to vote, whether they will vote is a separate matter! You don't need the certificates to vote but if they are estopped from doing so by the ompany through Link is another thing, and if so, then they haven't been allowed to exercise their democratic right to vote, and it will no doubt be another thorn in the side of the Company when raised, if it is raised, in evidence with the Judge at trial. My views.

DR you're becoming a desperate man. Look at your continued rambling posts. Whilst you are likely being paid to ramp this to death, in order to get the sp back up, no one gives a fig. The AGM is two days away, most will be waiting to see what is said there, if anything, rather than listening to you.

Furthermore, I remain of the view that Queeld can vote, they are beneficial owners of the shares, whether they do so is up to them, or whether any deal has been done, to keep them silent from voting is another thing. Anything is possible here because nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors! My views of course.

I repeat from this morning, first and foremost, the Company's own website still shows Queeld as holding their 307 million + shares, it is shown in Queeld's name. Anything else is tosh. The Company is acknowledging Queeld's ownership by reference on it's own investors page! Anything else is spurious. It's there in black and white.

"a raise is nailed on" - are you alluding to insider information?

If you care to listen to the recent interviews SD has conducted, he has mentioned nothing of the sort. In fact, he has openly stated that he has consulted with three banks all of whom are willing to lend the company monies. He's not said anything about a raise nor dilution, not at this stage. The only reason he might do a raise would be for an acquisition but again, he has the banks to call on as a first port of call. There's plenty of shares in circulation already for the ASX listing I would imagine, and there's always plenty of folk ready to sell and buy particularly if the sp starts moving northwards!
