Trowtech, the company are destroying themselves by hiding important matters such as High Court litigation from investors, until a shareholder found the information nearly 18 months after the Queeld case had been running and 5 years after it all first kicked off. It's important also to put out there the risk of an appeal from either side, it's a real risk, so if the case isn't heard until February say, then the Judge might want a month to do his or her judgement, so that in March, and then the loser will no doubt look to see if they have any right of appeal stemming from that judgement. If they have, it could then be another year before any appeal is heard. Never mind the knock on effects for the company in having the litigation dragging on. My views. I really must be getting in to your head along with your alter egos IKN and DR!

Trowtech, what does it show on the company website under investors as Queeld's holdings in March 2023 when it was last updated? Del is only trying to make sense of what has been happening. If the company had been honest with shareholders and informed them of the litigation from the start and discussed it, then all of this speculation and nonsense could have been avoided. But they didn't, they kept it under wraps, as did the Nomad, as did the auditors!

My stalker must have gone back to the group of 6 to regroup to try and decide another plan of attack! Strange how they didn't check the company website for the current list of investors! I get the feeling this group shorted it down and have since gone long and are now worried they won't get the sp back up, bearing in mind the company also want to do a placing no doubt, and probably at a much higher sp than this! Thanks Del, I don't do Facebook, it seems I have enough stalkers on social media as it is! :) In any event, the courts always recess for August, so nothing will happen then, and if this hasn't already got a listing for trial, then I suspect it's going to be in to next year unfortunately before it is heard and everyone knows the outcome finally. I still reiterate, even though I'm only a small shareholder now, the company should seek to settle it, the risk is that if it goes to a full blown hearing, one party is going to lose, and they may well have a right to appeal, which will then drag it on further.

This reinforces to me my view that the company dragged their heels and refused to issue the replacement certificates regardless of Queeld and Mispare trying to do what they could, including getting an offer for indemnity insurance, and therefore they were both estopped from selling their shares. The company knew full well that if they issued replacement certificates to Queeld especially, that would risk 307 million shares flooding in to the market place especially at a time when they wanted to do a raise! my opinions.

The fact that the company itself still has Queeld listed as owners of over 300 million shares is proof enough to me that Queeld still own the shares.

Just bear in mind there are members of the TG group who are happy to amend documentation to suit their agenda, they have done it many times in the past! I have not seen the amended defence so cannot comment on what it actually states.

If they supposedly sold the shares in 2017, why instruct lawyers in 2018 over repacement certificates and then issue proceedings in 2021? if the shares had been sold, then assumedly whoever bought them, bought on the basis of knowing that the share certificates were missing and they would need to apply to the company themselves. I think someone is telling porkies somewhere but it doesn't make sense!

Del, if th shares had been sold to someone else, then a) Mispare and Queeld would not have been advised to start the claim as they have no legal ownership, and b) the Judge would have thrown the case out at first instance due to the claimants having no case for the same reason as a), so that has to be absolute rubbish. Be careful of what others say, you need to read the actual document and not what someone probably wants you to read and believe. The only way to read it unless you request an appointment at the High Court office to see the documentation, is to pay the caseboard site, who no doubt have copyright as they need to pay someone to extract the documentation from the High Court for them, and that's why they levy a fee for the service to caseboard users. Only look at the actual documentation and if you want to do that, pay the fee, for £36 you can see most of it, and then cancel your sub.

I think they are desperate to get production under way, much faster than anticipated, and Rio are there to assist greatly with it, they can't miss this opportunity with the price of gold as it is surely, it will definitely be the making of Greatland imo. I wondered if it might be an order for directions or an order providing the final trial date but seems not. Nothing will happen in August so it won't be heard until Autumn time at the earliest now. Just so painful for investors. Nite.

The biggest issue is you have been so rude to many, I'm shocked you have been so rude to Del, it was totally uncalled for, and by so doing, no one listens to you any more, they've seen through you at last, and they really are not interested, but by the same token, you are stopping people like Del from posting, because they're fed up with your constant sniping at people, and you're incapbility of having a properly reasoned debate with facts and evidence where possible. We all might have said things in the past we regret, I've said things about the company I might regret, but at the end of the day, in part, they have lost me a lot of money off the back of so many false promises including the hyped up ACF report, the continual FSP that over 8 years in total of a sales process, has come to nothing, the dangling of the carrot over dividends which again, came to nothing because they sold nothing. Hindsight is always a wonderful thing, and for those of us who didn't get out at 42p or even in the 20ps, this share has left a very bitter taste. It currently appears to be just another AIM disaster, and then the litigation consisting of 2 high court cases is the icing on the cake of disaster for shareholders. I have to ask why did the previous Nomad walk, what did they see or not like that made them just down tool and walk out, and I'm sure many shareholders here would like an answer to that if it could be obtained. Why should shareholders be kept in the dark over such matters when these things inevitably affect their investment strategies.
