Small Buys27 Jul 2023 09:02
The day in day out saga of small little buys by the cookie crew isn't going to cut it and they know it. As hard as they might try, there is nothing to prop this up. The biggest shareholder in the company after DS has had no option but to take the company to court, and not just any old court, but the High Court! The company are no doubt defending the case because there simply isn't enough money in the pot to pay out any damages in order to settle it, so they're taking the risk, and it's a huge risk, and by so doing, that huge risk has been passed on to all shareholders. They got themselves in to the mess, because they refused to extricate themselves from it and save the Company's name being dragged through the High Court and the risk of total collapse of the share price for shareholders. You should have all been shouting at them about it yesterday, it could potentially mean you all lose your investment, if they should lose the case, but hey, you all think everything in the garden is rosy as usual. There's huge risks to litigation, and remember, they dragged you in to it. My views, but if I was a substantial shareholder, I would be very very angry about this, and would have demanded that CS resign with immediate effect.
