Friendsps, yes, he cannot comment on the case itself, but he can make clear how they are paying for the legal costs, and he can make clear that if they lose the case, where are the funds coming from to pay the damages and legal costs. You have every right to know that, it will affect your investment, it could potentially end it, so why did no one get clear answers?

Logik is a different ball game, it was a claim for 300k from recollection, but again, as they've settled, how much have they paid out and where has the funds come from to pay that? assumedly they must have admitted part or full liability to even get a settlement agreed.

So no one can answer, yet they were the most fundamental and pressing questions to be asked for the here and now. If they lose that case, the damages could potentially run in to millions, and where's that coming from? and none of you didn't even think to ask?

Funny that, when many have posted in a similar vein isn't it, yet you pick on me? I'm happy for it, the Court can hear how much I have lost at their hands. Bearing in mind they have apparently just admitted that the Rosgeo JV isn't going to happen, and they haven't rns'd that directly, I think they would be best advised to stay away from any further court proceedings! Yet another failing on their part to notify shareholders of a significantly material event, that affects shareholders investment strategies. What the hell is the Nomad playing at? my views.
