If the company explained properly what the situation is, what money there is and where exactly, why they want the resolution to perhaps carry out another placing, and answer a whole myriad of other questions, 99% of this bickering on this board wouldn't exist, the company only have themselves to blame, they are so vague on everything they put out, and by suggesting dividends a few years back gave false hope to many that a sale of assets was imminent. The biggest question as I say is, why did Irelands, the previous Nomad, walk in 2019, and without notice? why did they up sticks and walk out? what did they say or know that they didn't like and were not prepared to tolerate further? I wish Irelands would come forward and say, but may be the FRC can approach Irelands and find out at the very least. imo.

Del, the 'missing monies' are no doubt with the subsidiaries, especially with subsidiaries being a separate legal entity, which ikn doesn't seem to understand!

I'd actually thought about taking L2 sub on this site last week, but you lot DR, IKN, Mac, Tramore, SandyBugler, Dattabase1, the whole lot of you have put paid to that. Apart from the podcasts which I find informative, this site has become nothing but a joke. They allow it to be overrun by the clowns who never post facts and continually post lies. It's so one sided you have to ask why? They come on here and disrupt, and ABUSE, and yet the posters who are attacked and reply, and without abuse, get removed for being disruptive! As I've thought many a time, I suspect brown envelopes are being handed out imo.

I think people know I meant to photograph it DR. You can't save your skin, you;ve gone too far, and you've dragged the other 5 in to it alluding to insider information from a source which to all intents and purposes, must be someone from within the company. Enough said.

I've already reported a number of the posts, full of blatant lies and suggestions of insider information held by the TG group of 6. I hope others have been the same. The gang of 6 will definitely report us that's for sure, as they don't like the truth being posted! Funny how they remain on the forum and yet others get suspended, and yet they are so abusive, I mean look at the continual abuse thrown by ikn, it's relentless. I'm beginning to think DR and IKN are definitely one and the same monikers.

No DR, it clearly alluded to insider information, and it matters not about your views, as you've referred to the group of 6, so you're infact suggesting that all 6 have insider information. This is very serious. I have yet to do my further complaint to the FRC but I will be adding this in. It happened on another share, and the same group are alluding to the same thing here. I also have it that the same group went to a dinner with another company ceo and were told in no uncertain terms that the company had none of the commodity it was supposedly peddling to investors that it had. The dossier is growing, but I'm glad you've just put this out there as it adds credence.

I'll add there that it might not be a member of the Board but of the management team, could be either imho. The interesting factor now is if they suddenly come up with some fumbled sale of that concentrate! If there was a sale to be had DR, I think, with your clown act, you've just shut it down, as your post definitely alluded to insider information. imo.

I agree Del, which is why i think it must be in the majority for the legals, bearing in mind there are two high court cases running against the company, one of which has been ongoing from the start of correspondence about the matter since 2018.

Please everyone photoshop that as it clearly alludes to insider information from the Board. This confirms what I thought might be the case, based on previous history of a TG inner circle with a director in a company in the TG and giving info to the 'select' few. I hope I'm wrong, but this smacks of exactly the same behaviour of a member of the Board being in the TG. This is why i do not like CEOs having private lunches and dinners with shareholder(s) that they choose to converse with. I have it in a message from Patel that he has had private lunches with CS, and this is why I am being so hung out to dry by this lot, as I am a major threat to them. aimo
