Summit how think are you, they can't sell what they don't own, not without consent of the State who do own it whilst the minerals remain unexcavated. The company should have done everything possible to get as much minerals excavated as they can, but they haven't. With minerals still vastly unexcavated hardly likely anyone will touch it. If they had got them out, then it might have been different. Putin is in charge, he has to sign off any sale of his State's assets, and he can withdraw the mining licences at a whim.

If you want to prosecute anything that smacks of a criminal vibe, you can report under the Malicious Communications Act, the police will record it, give you a crime reference number, but do nothing about it! It seems that abuse on social media is par for the course these days, the police will say just remove yourself from the situation, and in their eyes, it's solved! Beast, just look how difficult it is in reality, many are transferring the assets to within Russia, often for a pittance, it's all they can do. You will see that the State has to give clearance. You think they are going to let unexcavated minerals go? Think again. The company needed to get the minerals out pronto but they haven't even done that, it's as if they've just down tooled, almost waiting for the State walk in anyway, which then connects to Rosgeo, but we won't go there, as I've voiced that one.

And why shouldn't some of us call you out, because that's in effect what you are! At least when we call you out we provide evidence with links to try and justify what we are saying, whereas you lot provide none. The Russian State own any minerals underground which are currently not excavated. You cannot argue with that. The mining licences are a separate issue, but the Russian State have the power to withdraw the mining licences if it suits them, and the person who has the power to make that decision is Putin. It was a gamble before the hostilities, it's an even worse gamble since the hostilities.

Minerals underground that are not extracted are owned by the Russian State, and in this climate of hostilities, I can see the Russian State holding on to them. I mean, be perfectly honest with yourselves, you have to agree. If Putin escalates the war in to Poland, then Nato will have to get involved, and it's not going to be pretty at all imo. Any sale here is likely to disappear in to the ether.
