In theory yes, but there is no evidence that people with antibodies are immune to getting coronavirus again. a significant (40%?) of people that have been infected also don’t have any detected antibodies. So in practice, antibody/antigen tests don’t have a demonstrated use in covid19. That may change as scientists learn more, but for today molecular testing seems to be the only thing with a direct correlation to disease state.

No. GDR is developing 2 complete molecular tests. NCYT had a test mix the lab needs to prepare. AVCT and ODX are developing antigen and antibody tests respectfully, but WHO so far says no reason to think a positive antibody test means you have immunity, so antibody test is useless as far as we know currently.

Not to pour water on this stock, but are they actually able to deliver? The raw materials for tests are in short supply globally. Novacyt are only reporting of orders in, noting on actual revenue (ie. what they're actually able to deliver). They'd need millions just in working capital to deliver these orders, which they don't have. Could this all be about to blow up? Wouldn't be the first company to be overwhelmed with demand.
