The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
You’re still here Roger! I tnough5 you were sold and gone? Your optimistic summarisation is very odd since your normally have a massive hump and other than this undisclosed FDA partner, nothing is different than 6 months ago. NICE process was already done. Distributors were done. FDA always takes years for even the most experienced companies so nothing new. AIHL went through NICE on a novel new diagnostic review and it will always results in more 3vidence needed. It was the best outcome possible. There is no early value diagnostic outcome that results in full approval a budd already told us that last year. CYP2c19 nice wasn’t about Genedrive it was about the basic idea of using genotyping for stroke which there is abundance of literature for. So there are 2 pathways at nice and one has loads of evidence and the other has little which is why one is a quick pass and the other isn’t.
You always put yourself up as this super inside track guy but you don’t seem to even grasp the basics Odd chap.
Proper long-term holders - institutional investors - won’t come on board GDR as it’s too volatile a stock with 90% private investor holding and a chat board full of ramperslike this. Theres money to be made in short-term holding which isnt what institutional investors are after so you’re looking at funds that are happy to get in and get out quickly which doesn’t bring any stability in share price
Systemzero “ not commenting on GDR going to a private company is a very big worry .” it’s against the law and the competition act for companies to talk about going private. You should be more worried if he said something about it.
Jamrock says "it’s a disaster story of misuse of millions over the years at us share holders expense as usual" Reality of
it is lots of investors, myself included, made good money off GDR over the years and I even know of a few that made +$100K an one that mamillions during covid but you have to have the timing right as the stock spikes on news like no other. If youre content with just being a LTR then a biotech on AIM isn't a very risk adverse place to be. The company has achieved great things in terms of repositioning and development but the reality is the markets that they're in are undeveloped and new and will talk time and money for adoption. they will either get there themselves or they;ll get bought and someone else will take them over the finish line but the idea that they misused money is patently not true. And who are you anyway?????
I’m really struggling from that presentation to see anything that Cheek has accomplished in the past nine months things like nice and FDA were all put in motion before he started. teased us carrot and stick with a US distributor unsigned at this point in time and had to pull an R&D to talk about anything technical, bit embarrassing IMO. Nothing commercial, no market sizing no revenue no projections no fundraising discussion, no clue
Didn’t know he was a Brummie. Not great that after 9 months in the job he needs to pull in R&D to explain the companies products 10 minutes into a 30 minute presentation and they’ve said nothing new Massive Nice news yesterday and he said nothing about it Doesn’t fill me with any confidence.
There are no institutional investors because the stock is highly volatile and insxtuttiuons play the log game plus just look at the quality of this board and its posters and you look at what sort of people you are expected to invest alongside no thanks they'd say.
The reality is that loads of PIs made thousands, some hundreds of thousands, and a lucky few millions anyone on here that isn’t just a troll that lost just made the good old fashioned error of buying high and selling low or even worse never selling!
Only a fool invests 110k in AIM stocks if they aren’t comfortable losing it Sounds like you just jumped on the Covid bandwagon with little knowledge of risk. The reality is loads of people made hundreds of thousands if not millions off these companies but to state the obvious you need to buy low and sell high holding for months and years makes no sense at all.
Roger mate if you have such a crystal ball and you thought riverford was a bad finance idea you had every chance to sell out over the past 10 months as the share price declined but still you’re here on the moan. Why?
Roger always manages to show how little he knows FDA fee for a de novo application is about $36000 and the time periods cited assume zero interaction with the company which isn’t how it works I reallyfeel badly for anyone that listens to this clown
This is a good catch looking at the feedback comments on the nice page they was all from Genedrive mostly so the panel must have updated its recommendations in favour of Genedrive’s points because they would have submitted comments that were not favourable. I think this is a good thing
So sell. If you think it has a positive future then fine, hold. but no point in talking it down I dint get it. there's a whole bunch of people on here that I can only guess are at their mums house playing FIFA or warhammers. not serious people.
