My son is currently working at one of these units with no direct bakup and last week did 90 hours. He permanently has a bad back and rarily sees his son. That makes him earning less than £6 per hour, well below the living wage minimum. He reports many other people are in a similar fix. Long hours, little breaks is slave labour. He loves the work but noone can work indefinitely at that pace. I spent a year working 70/80 week to start a business so I know how hard he is working especially as he is on his feet all the time.
No, I wouldn't invest here because when the government legislation catches up with them costs will go up through the window, profits will deteriorate so SP will go down.
