escargot, we've gone backwards in a lot of ways.
If we complained to a company about a problem it was usually sorted out with a phone call to one or two people. Nowadays we speak to 5 to 15 people and they dutifully have to write it down into a computer, the next person has to write it all down again, and again, get referred to a higher authority - because they haven't got the authority to do anything, now we end up writing to the Chairman or CEO and it gets resolved after 3 to 6 months.
So what are all those people there for, oh of course, to frustrate you hoping you will give up.
No problems here though, just be patient, success just around the corner.
