What I'm asking is do we know if composite materials which are impregnated with graphene in their structure, in graphenes various versions, can be 3D printed into useful and economic composite structures ( such as propeller blades or similar)

As important to an aircraft as the wings or it don't go. Most propellers are composite structures used from light aircraft piston engines to Rolls Royce UltraFan. Plenty of time to introduce graphene to UltraFan, if it helps, because development is ongoing until 2025.
Do we know yet how, or if, graphene structures can be stress analysed in structures by using finite element analysis and if parts with graphene can be constructed by 3D printing processes.?

More reliable, consiste performance, stable combustion and don't throw out so much oil and emissions out as a two stroke so are more environmentally friendly. Big two stroke marine engines operate completely differently and lubricating oil consumption is controlled similar to a four stroke engine.
Yanks are slow to change theire designs, any size, don't do big marine engines, use two and four stroke loco engines that were originally designed before WW2 for small wardhips and development can't go much further.
